Hit or miss customer service, but I dont expect much being that most locations have rude employees. My only irritation with this location is the number of unopened boxes that they always have out on dollies sitting around in the way, and no one is working on getting that product out. I can always hear management or whoever is in charge hanging out, chatting it up in the office while one lonely employee tries to cash people out.

Watch out when Kaila is your cashier. We were charged for several things 2 sometimes 3 times. Plus she didn't bag everything.

Saturday at 1020am the cashier stole my wallet. Acted like it didn't happen and walked to where I had shopped and put it back close to were she thought I shopped but it wasn't even close. She definitely stole my wallet and now the store won't answer my phone call. Not going here again. Would love a manager to call me back.

Staff standing around talking about a boy who was texting her while there is a long line of customers at the other register that the employee is actually working. Tons of boxes and product that needs to be gone through and put out. Aisles that need to be cleaned up etc. used to be a great dollar tree seems like all their productive staff has relocated to the Pilot Point location where I will happily be making the drive to from now on.

I stopped going there because the store was always so HOT, people with breathing problems be aware . Plus, germs love the heat.
