YOU CHARGED ME $250.00, I ASK YOU ABOUT THE PREVIOUS LOWER PRICES AND YOU WERE DISHONEST AND SAID THAT H&R BLOCK HAD RAISED THERE PRICES AND YOU TOLD ME THIS AFTER YOU DID MU TAXES! THE PRICE YOU GAVE ME BEFORE YOU DID MY TAXES WAS LOWER! OKAY YOU WON BECAUSE YOU WERE DISHONEST ABOUT THE PRICING! BUT DID YOU REALLY WIN? YOU LOST A FOUR CUSTOMER BECAUSE YOU LIED ABOUT A FEW EXTRA DOLLARS! NOW YOU LOST A FOUR YEAR CUSTOMER WHO IS GOING TO SPREAD THE WORD THAT H&R BLOCK LIES ABOUT THEIR PRICING! GIVE THIS SOME THOUGHT, THINK ABOUT IT! WAS IT REALLY WORTH LYING ABOUT $250.00 WHEN YOU HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER WHICH MEANS H&R BLOCK WILL LOOSE MANY MORE CUSTOMERS! KATHRYN HOLLAND YOU WERE DESPERATE FOR A FEW EXTRA DOLLARS SO YOU LIED ABOUT MY TAXES COSTING $250.00. CHECK OUT MY PREVIOUS TAX RECORD WITH H&R BLOCK I HAVE NEVER PAID OVER $200.00 TO HAVE MY TAXES DONE! OKAY YOU GOT YOUR $250.00 BUT KATHRYN HOLLAND YOU NEED TO TAKE A COURSE ON CUSTOMER RETENTION! I WILL USE SOCIAL MEDIA AND ONLINE TO MAKE SURE I GIVE H&R BLOCK BAD REVIEWS FOR LYING ABOUT THE PRICE IT COST TO DO BASIC TAXES. I GAVE YOU 3 W-2'S AND THE INTREST FOR MY HOUSE THAT IS IT! KATHRYN YOUR NOT GOING TO PAY ALL YOUR BILLS BY OVERCHARGING ONE CUSTOMER! I REITERATE YOU LOST A LONG TERM CUSTOMERS AND I WILL USE ALL CUSTOMER OUTLETS TO GIVE H&R BLOCK BAD REVIEWS!

This year why do they schedule appointments for a time they are not open. Last year we had an appointment but they didnt. Time to find someone else.

I don’t think this location knows what is going on anymore. We’ve used them the last two years and our experience continuously goes down hill. This year we’re finally over the incompetence. They can’t seem get appointment times right, they are dismissive of questions, and rude. ?

I never write bad reviews but my partner came here earlier today as a walk in (which they advertise as an option) and the older woman (didn’t get her name) working, was very rude to him for no reason. She ignored him for a while then told him she had a cancellation so she would be able to take him back but when he started giving her his info she became rude and told him she didn’t have the time. I understand it’s probably busy as it’s tax season but this establishment is quiet literally here to help people do their taxes and she treated him very poorly and made him feel like an inconvenience for absolutely no reason, if not having an appointment was the issue she should’ve told him that right off the bat before doing anything else. Perhaps H&R Block should hire people that have better customer service skills. I’d recommend taking your business to another location or a different tax place entirely to avoid this kind of interaction.

Absolutely horrible experience, i had an appointment and I was there on time and my CPA zayeda malik made me wait for sometime and I had to leave because waiting anymore longer doesn’t work for me. And the front desk attendant said she will have CPA call me back and zayeda never called me. I have been following up 3-4 times a day every day since then with no progress at all

They changed my appointment 2 time because they put 2 people at some time our not enough time to finish my Paperwork.( I have Same document for all the years). It happened for other costumes too. I was Confuse for my Result and Agent didn’t very helpful for making clear to see what happened, and before I finish she try to push me out because other people come . I believe against did some mistakes our she didn’t now what she needed to do for file my document. Price is very high for this service. I try different office for next time

At first, there was a slight issue with double book our taxes with someone else, but the team at my local prep office went out of their way to help us by making a drop-off and review fit within our limited schedule. Then when we came in to review the prep the person that helped us was super informative and told us about some options to help us with our next year's taxes.
