Melinda communicated with me very little asking me few questions when doing my taxes. When she did give me the amount I needed to pay for my return, I payed it immediately. Later I got a letter from the IRS saying that amount was incorrect and I was charged a penalty for not paying the full amount on time. I reached out to Melinda sharing a screen shot of the letter. She did not reply to me. I sent a follow up email and didn't hear back again. I'm pretty frustrated because her services are not cheap and I have never messed up my taxes when doing them myself...pretty disappointing.
