I am so upset with this company. I have been with them for almost a half a year and I loved my unit I have on top payments. Never had a late fee and then out of nowhere where they increased my rate, and I’m currently unable to pay the $40 up charge because of situations my bills are where they need to be and now I have a $40 up charge and I’m unable to make this payment and then I get an email saying that they’re going to lock my unit and I won’t be able to access it and I have from now until midnight to find another storage unit. This is unacceptable and absolutely disgusting. I never thought that this would happen and they sent me an email saying you are paying the lowest rate rates in the city and I said that doesn’t matter that I’m paying the lowest rates what matters is why is my location getting a payment increase when everything has been great so far but all right thank you storage depot of Aubrey

The leasing processes was such a breeze. I was able to do it all online without having to meet someone in person. It was such a busy day and it was VERY convenient. I got the gate code and lock code instantly. The lock was there and easy to use

I started out with a gate code that did not work. It took an 1 1/ 2 to get customer service . The agent would not give me a code, said I had to pay and sign the lease. I told her I had already signed on line . She made me pay $45.00 dollar administration fee and buy Insurance . By that time I was soaked with sweat. Then I had to beg for a code. She gave me a temporary code and said a district Manager would be calling in 24 to 48 hours. I got through the gate only to find the grounds were filthy dirty. I opened my unit and could not believe what I saw. The unit walls had dirt and dust, the floor was dirty and trash all over. I had to clean this unit, The walls, floor. I then started to unload by the t o me I got through wi t h my first load it was p

I was in a bind and needed a unit ASAP. I reached put on Yelp and immediately received a link from the manger to make a reservation. Once I paid for my rental, just hours before my move in date, I no longer needed it & asked for a refund. I received prompt and polite response. If I need storage again, I will certainly return.
