I couldn’t be happier with my experience working with Kyle’s Garage gym! From the very first session, it was clear that they are highly knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about helping clients achieve their goals. Top of the line equipment to avoid crowded gyms and traffic on 380. Kyle took the time to understand my fitness objectives and built a customized workout program tailored specifically to my needs.
What I really appreciate is their attention to proper form, motivation, and encouragement throughout each session. They constantly keep me challenged but also make sure I’m progressing safely. Thanks to their expertise, I’ve seen great improvements in my strength and endurance, and I feel more confident than ever. As a martial arts gym owner, it allows me to maintain my strength without worrying about injuries.

I was nervous to weight lift with my prior injuries but Kyle is very good with making sure the workouts do not cause any pain and he can make quick substitutions if something is bothering me. He’s also very knowledgeable and can breakdown every exercise. I love that he personalizes every workout to fit my needs and he’s also given me a lot of very helpful tips for outside of our sessions. I highly recommend Kyle’s Garage Gym!!

I started weight training with Kyle recently and it's been great!
While I may have lifted weights here and there, I have never been consistent, nor have I tracked my workouts, so never saw much out of it. Kyle has helped build a workout for my lifestyle. He has helped me stay consistent, keep good form, helped me track progress and so much more!
He has taught me so much about the weight lifting as well as the science and mechanics of each exercise. As a beginner in weight lifting, it has been super helpful to have him walk me through this. I love that I am able to do this away from the intimidating/curious stares you get at a regular gym. (Maybe I'm just overly self conscious.)
Kyle is super approachable and has a very down to earth, relaxed approach to coaching that I appreciate.
I highly recommend him. If you're new to weight lifting or looking for help in building a workout that's right for your short term and/or long term goals, he's your guy.

This might be Kyle’s “garage gym,” but the state of the art equipment far exceeds what you would need at a regular gym.Before training with Kyle, my love for working out was probably like yours… “dislike with a passion.” The two main reasons for that was the lack of knowledge in detailed workouts and flat out pain in my shoulders and lower back.Kyle has customized the workouts to avoid any pain whatsoever. He puts a priority on safety and it’s noticeable. While working out he explains exactly what’s going on with your body and why. His knowledge on nutrition is impressive too. He’s coached me on some minor things I can change in my current diet to help transition to a healthier lifestyle without being hangry all the time.In just 1.5 weeks, I’ve lost 5lbs!!!His semi-private training makes it affordable for me to continue this journey. That’s where he’s trying 2-3 people at the same time. He is far worth more than what he is charging.So, if you’re reading this… it’s your sign to start working out with Kyle!

Kyle has been an incredible resource for me. I’m coming off of a major knee surgery, in my early thirties it takes a little longer to bounce back than I would like. He has worked hand in hand with my physical therapist to put together a program that will get me back doing the thing I enjoy.His knowledge, equipment and programs (exercise and nutrition) are something that everyone can benefit from! 10/10 recommend.
