I love Point Bank, Aubrey TX! The most personalized “small town service” imaginable. I had a security breach on my SSN as someone tried to use it to secure employment. Yikes! I figured next step was bank account. The bank employee dropped everything to help me set up an outsourced monitoring system for my accounts and walked me through the whole process. (It was a hot day and didn’t mind my dog coming inside too.) I am SO grateful for this help and feel confident my info is secure now. Thank you Point Bank - I think I’ll keep my account open another 15 years or so! ♥️?

I'm new to the area and stopped in to get more information on potentially opening accounts. I believe a woman by the name of Victoria took care of me? She was extremely friendly, forthcoming with information, and made my visit worth stopping. I hope all of the staff are as friendly as she was.

Im new to town and came in to cash a check from a family member and was welcomed warmly by the staff. The vibe from the two tellers, Victoria and Morgan, made me smile and want to come back. The whole experience has me considering opening an account :)

Ive been telling myself for years to switch to Datcu, but never do. I guess i like the disappointment? Machine teller never works, they have perma closed all of the lanes but 1, so if it doesnt work, you gotta wait. Also when you point out that the machine isnt working, they get defensive and rude. Unprofessional and continuously frustrating to bank with.

My experience was very disappointing. The bank had one family being serviced but no one asked to help or how they could help. I waited 10 to 20 mins while everyone in their offices turned their heads when I looked at them. A man and a woman walked in while I waited and were pleasantly welcomed as they entered the bank. When I finally decided to walk out the lady who greeted other customers while servicing the family (her desk is by the door) asks me do I need something? once I replied yes she then asks well is it gonna take long? ? Needless to say customer service is not where they excel. After reporting my experience it was suggested that it's possible she greeted them because she knows them. Evidently they dont want new customers! Aubrey is growing and employees and businesses are going to be expected to grow with it in order for people to feel welcomed. Otherwise Aubrey is going to be a tale of the america story and not in a good way. We need to be able to welcome each other and not allow biases to shut people out. Point bank get it together! This is not ok!
