“All 3 employees at this location are 5 star, top notch. It's not the best locationwise, so the people that come through are often rude, combative Karens. I ship packages frequently and see them have to deal with this behavior every time. Long lines, impatient and entitled people trying to cut for Ike reason, or another, then getting mad when they don't get their way and these employees handle it with extreme grace every time. They shouldn't be subjected to the behavior I've seen, nor are they obligated to. Kudos to them and their team!”

“I thought I'd add to the positive reviews because there seems to be a lot of negative ones, but I really don't think this place is that bad. I reached out to support about a package of mine that was forwarded and I was unsure of where it had went. Kristy quickly emailed me back and told me she would look into the matter. A few hours later I got a call from this post office, from who I assume was Kristy on the phone, explaining what had happened to my package. She then told me that she would make sure my package would be sent out with the carrier the following day, and she was right. The next day I received my missing package in the mailbox. Kristy was very polite, efficient, and great at communicating what had happened. :) I think there's some really good employees here who do not deserve to be brought down with the others.”
