The next morning I drove over to check out the facilities. It is large, organized, and clean - perfect for my purposes. The manager, Tara, was friendly, efficient and clear. As is usually the case, it's the human side that determines how suitable and desirable a facility or service will be. I left with confidence that I was fortunate to have rented the space.”

“Enjoyed our stay here! It's in the country and very quiet at night, however I work nights and sleep during the day so day light hours were pretty loud due to them expanding the park. Management is very nice as well as the other guests staying here! Felt very safe here. Pool was our favorite and was always clean! Laundry was cheap too! Would definitely love to come back, especially once the park is finished!”

“I had rented my space for 2 years at this location and have had a great experience overall.I was today years old when I realized there was actually a bathroom onsite where the climate controlled spaces are. Somehow I'd never seen it before.Also, I found it extremely convenient that they have carts onsite for the climate controlled spaces.Today tho, I had the most pleasant interaction and experience with Jasmine, the property manager.As I was emptying my full 10x10 space into a 26' Uhaul, I realized I had forgotten my water, and was soooo parched after sweating so much. I saw Jasmine walking through with the cleaning cart and I asked her if there was a drink machine in the lobby. She apologized profusely and said unfortunately they didn't. I thanked her and kept moving because I wasn't near finished and wasn't willing to secure everything down and drive in & out of the facility with that huge truck just to go get a drink.She must have felt bad for my wild-haired, sweating, red-faced self because when I came back down from my 15th trip upstairs, she appeared out of no where, like an angel of mercy, with a COLD bottle of water!!!I was truly, eternally grateful for not only her selfless and kind gesture, but also for the cold water itself.Jasmine, you saved and made my day!Thank you so much!!!”

“My wife and I have had a couple of units at this location since we moved to the Hwy 380 corridor almost a dozen years ago, and William and his staff have always been polite and helpful; the facility is kept clean and in working order. There are also always plenty of carts available for free use.”

“I came in late with a move and Tricia the Manager was closed. I had no idea how to get in had no access code and unit was incorrect not her fault it was a mess. She spent hours with me, helping me get into the correct unit with my movers. She had to redo all of the paperwork and stayed to make sure we could get in and out because we’re having issues with the doors so we didn’t get locked out of the storage unit. My moving company told me to get a 10 x 20 climate controlled storage unit They came out to my house and told me that is all I needed when it should’ve been a 10 x 35. We got stuck I had nothing I could do. The company said they would take it to their storage but they were going to charge me $300. To move the rest of my stuff, the other side of town and then $150 per month on top of that so now I would of had two storage units and two separate areas of town Paying $500 a month which I was not about to do. I said, crying with the Moving company. Tricia was waiting. I had no idea she knew that we were still there. She came and found me and saw me crying and worked with her district manager to get me a second small unit We could get all of my stuff unpacked, and she stayed with me to make sure I was safe And could leave. She is the manager there. None of this was her fault. Something definitely happened on Public Storage, and and it was a total nightmare from all angles . If she had not been there, I never would’ve been able to unload my stuff . She went over and above, and when I tell you the state of depression, I was in This poor woman ruined her Sunday night to stay with me and make sure we were OK and got me in in a second unit - she is Fairy godmother. Public storage should be so thankful to have such a great employee Without her there, this would’ve been a total disaster. I would’ve had nowhere to go. I want to shout out to her management skills, customer skills, and let everyone Know how amazing of a manager Tricia is. I just cried, because the situation that I was in was a nightmare. It was late and she made sure I was able to get out at nine and my moving crew and that Car. I just want to thank her so much and I want Public Storage to know That they’re very lucky to have her there. She is an amazing employee, and deserves. A huge shout out. “Really great RV park. I wish we could have stayed here for our next workamping job. But we were just a pass though on our way to SA. Great park. Clean. Loved the air for your tires, and vacuum ! Propane fill ups, laundry and that beautiful outdoor fireplace!! Will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.”

Ian (the rental agent) was very courteous, professional and well organized. The location is quite secure and very clean. I would definitely recommend this business.”
