“Check in was great. I’ve forgotten the name of the lady that checked me in but I had spoken to her the day before to get information and she was very knowledgeable, courteous and accommodating! She’s the same way in person! Checkin process was easy. The only thing I’d say for improvement is just outside my unit was a big puddle of water from where the AC unit was leaking. Hopefully that gets repaired so I don’t to worry about water in my unit.”

“The young woman in the office, Kailey was very kind and knowledgeable about the move in process. I've never rented a storage unit before, and was wary about being trapped in a lease that I no longer need, but she made sure to let me know that I can move out when I need to, with little notice. The location is clean and my unit is towards the front, which she picked for me after I told her I didn't want to be out of sight in the back. Id recommend this location to others that are making a move.”

When we moved down from Colorado back home we searched and searched for a storage unit that we could afford at the time. Funds were tight from the move and both of us being in between jobs. We had our whole home in our cars and it was all about to be lost.
Thankfully we came across Bell Avenue Self Storage and they saved it all. They gave us the perfect size storage unit, the perfect payment plan, and guided us every step of the way. If we were ever late on a payment they never made us feel bad or scared us into thinking we would lose our things. They were always understanding and so helpful.
Two days ago, after what felt like a lifetime, we were finally able to move our home into our new apartment. And thanks to Bell Avenue Self Storage, that’s exactly what it feels like… Our home <3”

I had no idea that I had so much furniture that I was going to need a second storage unit. The one right next to my first unit was open, so I asked if I could rent it and he said yes, no problem! So that was a huge convenience, right there. Both times I bought a lock, he offered to open the complicated packaging for me, which I was so grateful for!
