Really great RV park. I wish we could have stayed here for our next workamping job. But we were just a pass though on our way to SA. Great park. Clean. Loved the air for your tires, and vacuum ! Propane fill ups, laundry and that beautiful outdoor fireplace!! Will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Shady Creek! It was clean, well-kept and the spots had a little space between them. They accommodated our local friends as visitors without fees, and even reserved the indoor facility for us in case it rained. We'll be back for sure!!

Great place for us to start up for the season and shut down for the winter. Our friends/family stay when they visit. Consistent service and excellent facilities.

We parked our 5th Wheel here for 2 nights. When we first arrive, we noticed that it was very clean and well kept. The customer service was great. Everyone that we spoke to, either over the phone or in person was very pleasant. The downside of staying at Shady creek, is they don't offer full free wifi or cable. The wifi that is offered for free, you are only able to surf the net on your computer, no streaming TV. Also, the electric kept popping the circuit breaker outside. We were not able to use two electrical items at the same time, because we would have to keep reseting the breaker outside. That was very Inconvenient. When in the area again, we would mostly likely try a different RV park, before I decide if I would stay here again. We paid $68 a night and no internet or cable and the power kept going off, I don't know if it was totally worth it.

Not a hotel obviously ?Have only been here about a week or so, but so far so good. The only thing is that it's on a single lane road & leaving for work can be hectic... even at 6am, you will be stuck in traffic at the stop signs bc of all the construction in the area at this time. Just be prepared for extra drive time, coming & going. Other than that, no issues at the park, everyone has been super nice here, unlike the people across the street at the Retreat- who take one look at your skin color & automatically assume your rig is older than 10 yrs & instantly refer you over here anyway ?♀️ I liked this park better, it actually has Trees... lots & lots of trees ? & shade & a steam that runs right through it with huge lots!!

It was an amazing stay (again) and I hope to be seeing the park more frequently now that we are officially DFW residents and i will definitely be recommending our friends and family to the park.Everyone was very accommodating to our family and my interactions with everyone from maintenance to office staff and even the Thursday landscapers were excellent. Even the rabbits and baby ducklings provided us entertainment!Thank you for making the last three months so enjoyable!!

This is an extremely busy area and high traffic with long waits going in most any direction, just feel like that is something that people should know coming here. I don't recommend the premium WiFi as it would not work at my location. I was able to get a refund after paying for it though.

Had a great stay, visiting from Washington State, and enjoyed the pool, horseshoes, and gazebo seating area with visiting family members. Would definitely stay again.

If I could give ZERO stars I would have. In the words of a home builder this place is "like putting lipstick on a pig"; at first glance it's nice, but many many issues. One: rent has increased 30% in 2 years while 6-7 parks in the area are less; each year they raise rates, they loose about 30-35% of tenants. Has gone from a retiree, family park to short term quick turnover for a buck tenants. Two, old power stations at site that fluctuate power - fried our power cord off in snow storm; transformers blow consistently in heat of summer. Three, the service response from manager and ownership group is tone deaf. Other parks out there.

Beginning of April 2023. Quiet. The loud people were the neighbors in the neighborhood behind it, but was for a short time. I requested a spot with trees and more privacy and they picked a good one for me. Bring your own lighter to light the gas fireplaces. They offered to help us to our site, however, it was easily navigated. Fitness center has a nice newer treadmill and crossover weight machine. All the workers were nice and friendly.

This is not a quiet RV park. The traffic and construction noise is horrible. Then the traffic getting here is also horrid!!! This is a concrete jungle RV park. The trees are babies and do not provide shade at all. The name shady creek is very misleading. This is not a hidden gem it's horrible. There is nothing about this RV park that is relaxing. I wouldn't recommend it and can't wait to leave.

Very friendly staff and beautiful park! I went for walks daily and everyone was very nice, enjoyed the convenience of the laundry center, fitness center, and showers when I had some water issues. Will definitely be back to stay!

I have always liked staying here. But pricing seems to be getting a little out of hand. But it's a nice place and usually very clean although this last time the bathrooms weren't kept up the best. It's in a terrible location because of the traffic. The surrounding areas have grown so fast that the roads are packed full of vehicles with no lights.

Very, very quiet RV park. I stayed here for about 3 months and barely saw people the entire time. The fitness center is very well stocked for anywhere I have traveled to and it was nice to typically have it to myself. There isn't any water in the fitness center so you have to leave to go to the office to get some or the bathrooms. Traffic in the area is a mess so plan on sitting on the 2 lanes roads for a minute. Internet connection is always struggling. The showers are beautiful but while the looks were focused on, the plumbing was not. The toilets typically sound like they are running. When I arrived, the cleaning was a bit questionable but about a third of the way through, they became exponentially better.
