Came to this store to get help and the girl was acting clueless as hell..The girl who normally help me..Wasn’t there..I’m very disappointed that I have to come back another day to get help…Plz have somebody at all times who knows the store and info🙄🤦🏾♀️😡

Review Update - poor customer service
After seeing the comment left by sherwin Williams I reached out to the email provided. I was contact by a Justin Green who said he was assigned my issue. To start out Justin seemed helpful. He stated Sherwin Williams no longer makes the color Princeton white but that he would reach out to confirm how they could get me a color match. 4mo later and I have attempted to follow up with Justin 3 times. Two of the times he claimed to still be looking into it and would have someone call me and still nothing. My last follow up was met with no response.
Disappointed would be an understatement. The photo speaks for itself. We did a color match based on a piece of our wall we brought in. The guy we worked with was confident in the swatch. It’s definitely not a match. It will be a blast figuring out how best to fix this now.

They carry wood putty, but they don't carry wood glue. Make it make sense.

Very poor customer service at this location! Took me 30mins to get a white paint bucket. Employee told me his computers are old and they freeze. Won’t recommend this location.

Everyone I have dealt with has been not only professional and knowledgeable but very personable. They care about your project and always making you feel heard. Can’t think of the young lady who helped me , she was amazing!!

Go see Hunter!!! I called them needing help with questions about paint I bought at another SW. He was able to explain everything and even called the other store. I still ultimately ended up going to this store and he did a great job helping me out. Very nice and helpful. Would definitely come bsck to this store and recommend it to others

Nathan was wonderful! We were under the gun with selections, but he got us through it all. He helped us with stain and paint, explained so much and mixed up our samples to try at home. He also told us that for one of the things, another Sherwin Williams location had a better ability to help us test stains, so although it probably didn’t do his personal numbers any good, for the stain testing, he sent us to the other location. Totally put our needs first.Our builder asked us if we had looked at Benjamin Moore- we said we would only ever use Sherwin Williams now.
