“Stopped in for their grand opening. The space is beautiful in person. You have to see it to believe it. The floors are mesmerizing. I like there is a separate room with a sink for food prep. Another room can be used as a host room or bridal suite. The ceilings are high which is a plus with a room full of people. The vendors were very nice and shared their information for future events. The owner Ray was kind and answered all of my questions regarding the types of events that can be hosted. Baby showers, weddings, engagements, graduation parties to private dinners. So happy to have a place like this in Denton. Just what we need in our community!”

“This Cinemark is a bit dated and needs some renovation but overall, better than any AMC. I've been to this location many times over the years, most recently to see the Barbie movie when it came out. The staff was friendly and the areas were well maintained and clean.”

“We had our wedding here in June and we couldn't have asked for a better venue. The place was just beautiful. We absolutely loved being able to have all our friends and family stay on property with us. The communication was quick and efficient. The staff truly took care of us. They clearly cared and weren't just after a profit. The rooms and boats were super easy to rent and were well taken care of. The town of Pilot Point was so cute and cozy but the drive to Denton was perfect for any last minute necessities you couldn't find in town. I believe that the prices were right in line for the services we received. I also loved how patriotic the Lodge was and appreciative to military members. If I had to do it all over, I would pick Lone Star Lodge again.Rooms: The rooms were well kept and clean. The air conditioners worked amazingly well. I was also pleased by how close the parking was to the rooms.Nearby activities: The town was a super quick drive and it had some super cute shops and the Hamburger place in the main square was sooooo good. And we enjoyed all the amenities of the lake and park.”

“We definitely had fun bowling and we got a deal where you get a discount on the third game as well as $5 on a game card after certain hours. The only thing that sucked was the lack of smaller bowling balls. The food and drinks are a bit pricey too and had to wait for a while for food to come out. For Denton, it's a pretty decent bowling alley.”

“We had a great experience. The room was clean, and the front desk manager and clerk were pleasant. They have community toiletries, so bring your own if that bothers you. We always bring our own. The breakfast was also pretty good. We will stay here again when we’re in the Dallas area.”
