I’ve had great experiences with this pharmacy. Everyone has been pleasant and I’ve never waited more than a few hours for my medication. They fixed an issue with my texts from Walgreens and anytime I’ve had an issue with my prescription they’ve called almost immediately. They were short staffed today so the wait was longer than normal but they still managed to push through efficiently and keep up with the good customer service. The negative reviews are mostly from years ago and I assume these are newer employees…I appreciate them, I’ve never had a problem.

Extremely poorly managed pharmacy. Ignorant and rude employees who ignore customers needing MEDICATION! obviously under staffed or all the wrong staff.

The Pharmacy Technicians are hardworking and provided us great service. We had issue with VA (veteran’s administration) not being on time to clear pharmacy prescription. As somebody just got out of surgery, we need the meds. The techs helped us out with the issue and we were there for almost an hour. The techs were patient and excellent with the customer service provided. We apologized that we took long to get the prescription cleared out and thank them for incredible customer service.

You know ignorance and bad customer service is one thing, but deliberately trying to antagonize a customer who is going through trouble is beyond. First I'd suggest hiring professional pharmacists AND techs who know how to talk to people, not talk over them. If y'all are in that big of a hurry, I won't bother you with my business anymore. Even the pharmacist felt no need to talk with me while replacing a medication because they were out of stock, nothing at all to ease my concern, just side eye because I'm questioning all the trouble before I was EVER told they would be replacing it. And even after ten minutes of the talk-over king at the register entering my info and arguing over it before I even knew I would be purchasing a prescription -- I picked it up in the drive through, and they had my address completely wrong. Which led to an even more terribly fun, emphasis on terrible, interaction with the child at the window, where she moved at a snails pace looking me right in the eye as she bagged each prescription, put them both in another bag, put my license which SHE DID NOT NEED TO ASK FOR, and my debit card in a sealed envelope, and then put everything else in one bag, . Sweetie lol I'm twice as old as you and I got all the time in the world to tell y'all what I think, I'm not on a clock. And when I told her none of that was necessary, her response is YOU CAN REPEAT THAT? YOU CAN REPEAT THAT? So I gave back in kind :)
I called the hospital to be sure what they gave me is correct because they're in the wrong business. I didn't trust these "pharmacists" to make their way out of a paper bag, they DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS so don't give them your money. These are the people serving the sick in my community. Do yourself a favor and do not come here.

Every time I call the pharmacy I am always put on hold… waited 30 minutes to talk to no one. Being put on hold six times because the phone rings and then someone picks it up to put you on hold without saying ANYTHING.Tried calling to verify my prescription is ready - but end up going in person since no one answers and then am told I have to wait for my prescription (which I tried to avoid) since no one could pick up the phone to begin with.

Consistently takes days to fill common prescriptions. Long lines and slow techs are frequent. Many times they are out of medications. Worst Walgreens I have had to use. I am finally done. I will find a different chain or at least a different Walgreens.It took over 10 minutes once I got to the window and gave my info to actually get my Rx.

In the past, I stopped using the pharmacy because the staff was unfriendly and the prescription service was not organized or accurate. Then, with an insurance network change, I had to change pharmacies and had several to choose from. After deciding to give Walgreens another try, I was pleasantly surprised by the improvements and have had consistently positive experiences. The automated check-in is efficient, my prescriptions are timely and accurate, and all the staff are welcoming and friendly. I also appreciate the communication for prescription readiness and refills. The company must have listened to and responded to feedback. What a change!

I have some mixed feelings about my recent experiences at this particular Walgreens location. Let me break it down.On the positive side, they've recently undergone renovations that have really brightened up the store. The new lighting makes shopping here a lot more pleasant, and it's easier to find what you need.However, my biggest gripe revolves around the customer service. I've encountered some disrespectful workers during my visits. For instance, when I've used the self-checkout machines, they often glitch and display errors. It's frustrating, but what's even more frustrating is trying to get the attention of a worker for assistance. They seem reluctant to help, and their attitude is clear - they'd rather not be bothered.In one memorable instance, a worker was visibly upset because the line at the checkout was growing longer, and she repeatedly mentioned that her shift had ended 10 minutes ago. It's disheartening to witness employees who appear disinterested in providing good customer service.I think it's high time corporate management revisited this store and conducted a session on improving the overall customer experience. The bright renovations are a step in the right direction, but it's the human interactions that can make or break a shopping experience. This Walgreens could definitely benefit from a customer service overhaul.

Been using this location for some time now. Honestly hadn't had any problems, usually really quick and helpful. That changed last night, I arrived at 9p to the pharmacy and was told my prescription was out of stock. The pharmacist told me he would call another location for my prescription. I stood there waiting, he never said he would be a few more minutes or anything. I had to say something to someone else about waiting for a long time. It wasn't until then I was asked if I wanted to take my prescription they had and pick the other one up from a different location. That could've been resolved 20 mins prior. Poor service

Don't go here. Get your photos printed elsewhere. They're doing construction and I got several emails saying my order is ready. so I went and the cashier said nope they haven't been printing anything. No one called me or emailed me to tell me!!!

This is THE WORST pharmacy and has been for years regardless of complaints, hours to pick up medications, nothing matters. Does not matter if it is a new prescription and old and regular prescription … they do not care. And they lie!I left my doctors office and received a notice through Walgreens app the prescription was received I call my insurance company to qualify info on meds and it still took over 3 hours to fill. Claiming prescription was first received only minutes before. This is poor business and Crown Pharmacy is my new permanent Pharmacy and CVS or any place others than Aubrey Texas Walgreens!!!They do not care about their customers in this Pharmacy!!!!!Not even busy today!
