Every time I call the pharmacy I am always put on hold… waited 30 minutes to talk to no one. Being put on hold six times because the phone rings and then someone picks it up to put you on hold without saying ANYTHING.Tried calling to verify my prescription is ready - but end up going in person since no one answers and then am told I have to wait for my prescription (which I tried to avoid) since no one could pick up the phone to begin with.

Consistently takes days to fill common prescriptions. Long lines and slow techs are frequent. Many times they are out of medications. Worst Walgreens I have had to use. I am finally done. I will find a different chain or at least a different Walgreens.It took over 10 minutes once I got to the window and gave my info to actually get my Rx.

In the past, I stopped using the pharmacy because the staff was unfriendly and the prescription service was not organized or accurate. Then, with an insurance network change, I had to change pharmacies and had several to choose from. After deciding to give Walgreens another try, I was pleasantly surprised by the improvements and have had consistently positive experiences. The automated check-in is efficient, my prescriptions are timely and accurate, and all the staff are welcoming and friendly. I also appreciate the communication for prescription readiness and refills. The company must have listened to and responded to feedback. What a change!

I have some mixed feelings about my recent experiences at this particular Walgreens location. Let me break it down.On the positive side, they've recently undergone renovations that have really brightened up the store. The new lighting makes shopping here a lot more pleasant, and it's easier to find what you need.However, my biggest gripe revolves around the customer service. I've encountered some disrespectful workers during my visits. For instance, when I've used the self-checkout machines, they often glitch and display errors. It's frustrating, but what's even more frustrating is trying to get the attention of a worker for assistance. They seem reluctant to help, and their attitude is clear - they'd rather not be bothered.In one memorable instance, a worker was visibly upset because the line at the checkout was growing longer, and she repeatedly mentioned that her shift had ended 10 minutes ago. It's disheartening to witness employees who appear disinterested in providing good customer service.I think it's high time corporate management revisited this store and conducted a session on improving the overall customer experience. The bright renovations are a step in the right direction, but it's the human interactions that can make or break a shopping experience. This Walgreens could definitely benefit from a customer service overhaul.

Been using this location for some time now. Honestly hadn't had any problems, usually really quick and helpful. That changed last night, I arrived at 9p to the pharmacy and was told my prescription was out of stock. The pharmacist told me he would call another location for my prescription. I stood there waiting, he never said he would be a few more minutes or anything. I had to say something to someone else about waiting for a long time. It wasn't until then I was asked if I wanted to take my prescription they had and pick the other one up from a different location. That could've been resolved 20 mins prior. Poor service

Don't go here. Get your photos printed elsewhere. They're doing construction and I got several emails saying my order is ready. so I went and the cashier said nope they haven't been printing anything. No one called me or emailed me to tell me!!!

This is THE WORST pharmacy and has been for years regardless of complaints, hours to pick up medications, nothing matters. Does not matter if it is a new prescription and old and regular prescription … they do not care. And they lie!I left my doctors office and received a notice through Walgreens app the prescription was received I call my insurance company to qualify info on meds and it still took over 3 hours to fill. Claiming prescription was first received only minutes before. This is poor business and Crown Pharmacy is my new permanent Pharmacy and CVS or any place others than Aubrey Texas Walgreens!!!They do not care about their customers in this Pharmacy!!!!!Not even busy today!

This Walgreens pharmacy is awful! I requested a refill for my prescription in the app and a few hours later received a notification that it was ready. I got to the store to find out that not only had my refill been cancelled, but the pharmacist closed my prescription and could not give me a reason why. After going back and forth with them for several days to get this resolved, I ended up requesting a new prescription from my provider. Again, I received notification that it was ready but when I arrived at the pharmacy it was not. At this point I realized they were incompetent and rude so I decided not to fill at this location. I then called the Trophy Club location to request to have it filled there. The day I went to pick-up at Trophy Club, they advised me that the prescription had been pulled back to the Aubrey location (I never requested this). After a long call to the Aubrey location, the pharmacist at the Trophy location was able to get it back at their store and fill it. Overall, this took a little over a week.Final thoughts - I would never return to this location and I do not recommend it.

Takes super long at the pharmacy drive thru. Three out of the three times I was at this drive thru it takes no less than 30minues for EACH car to get through. I understand there are complicated meds or customers, but it shouldn't be this slow all the time. Also just watching the person working through the window is like it's 0.5x moving speed, not sure if its just his personality but if it's this slow everytime something needs to change.

The drive thru is ridiculous. I can walk in and get the Rx faster than the drive thru! I've been sitting here for 30+ minutes and I'm 3rd in line!!! Make cars pull away if their order isn't done so we can get our meds!

One of the worst pharmacies I've been to. Slowest service and zero sense of urgency. 15 people inside and 10 cars outside waiting in drive thru line every time I drive by. Do not waste your time! Send your prescriptions somewhere else.

I’ve had great experiences with the staff here, as in they are always polite, etc., but they are probably the slowest pharmacy on the planet.Currently I’ve been in this line that started with only 5 cars for 25 minutes and there’s still 2 ahead of me. I understand that sometimes there are difficult customers, but I doubt all of these customers were difficult.

This place is so incredibly slow I literally have to block out time in my day to pick up a very simple prescription. I didn't know it was so hard to grab medicine and hand it out a window. Every visit is 30+ minutes without fail... at least they are consistent.
