So I ordered my favorite which is a chicken bacon breakfast sandwich. I bite halfway into it only to find that my chicken patty is actually completely raw. I am hoping and praying that I don’t get sick but this is absolutely unacceptable.

i ordered the pretzel baconater and fries. The fries were overcooked and I could not eat them. A few bites into my burger I spit out something white and hard. It looked like egg shell pieces, but I'm not sure. I spent $12.86 but of course they didn't give me my receipt. I am very disappointed. This location has so many 1 star reviews, and now I know why.

Went through the drive thru and there was no response until I said,”Hello,” after a couple minutes. I had to wait a while for my food even though I was the only person there. My order was wrong so I had to go back. Went back through the drive thru and had to get their attention once again. Everyone was confused and could not figure out what my original order was. Ended up with cold, soggy food.Overall: incompetent, distracted employees and gross food.

This place continued to disappoint. Every time I want to give it another chance they blow it. Service is terrible, store sometimes isn’t open when they are supposed to. Went by today to pickup my mobile order only to have a locked door.

Do you like horrible, cold food, and rock hard buns? Do you like to be treated like a burden and to be disrespected by a 16 year that probably spit in your food? This is the place for you! They will tell you to hold at the drive thru while holding a conversation with someone else and won't come back for a long time! They will nearly throw your food at you, which is inedible anyway! They won't even fü¢√ing talk to you!!!! This is literally the WORST fast food restaurant I've EVER been to!! DO NOT GO!!!! ZERO STARS!!!!! OSHA and the Health Department should shut this place down!!! Listen to the video with sound! It's disturbing!!

This Wendy’s location has the biggest problem with doing any sort of work. We have had times where we have sat in the drive-thu for 45 minutes to an hour waiting for our food. It’s gotten to the point were we don’t even go in person anymore because it always, without fail, takes at least 30 minutes to an hour to get our order taken and our food. It does not matter if we place a mobile order. It always takes forever. The other problem with this location, without fail, is that they get our order wrong every single time. In app, in person, does not matter. I simply ask for lettuce and tomato on my burger, it’s not there. Also half the time, they forget the fries. Like, I don’t understand. Also, when we try to call to the location, they don’t have the phone on. The people who work at this location are so disrespectful, rude, lazy, unprofessional, and uncaring. It does not matter when we go there. Every single time the employees are rude and disrespectful, it takes forever to get our order taken, even if we are the only people there, and the food is never right/something is always missing. I just threw away $5 for fries I never got. I genuinely hope that there is a big change in staff and management at this location because it is very much needed.

0/10 Don’t Bother with this LocationI’m always left with poor service & rude Employees. The quality of the food is horrible, the meat is always stale and flavorless. Asked for a few customization to my burger; received none of them. This location shows unprofessionalism in the management team or even with the company.

Stay away. Cold fries. No napkins. No straw. No Dr Pepper. My son went to pick it up. I'm sure they charged him Xtra for the lemonade even though they were out of Dr P. I just had surgery so I can barely move. He came in dropped off food and left. When a customer goes through drive through they expect napkins and a straw. I'm completely speechless why this is not part of your training. If I was able to drive I would drive up there and return this entire order. First and last time visiting this location or Wendy's period. Don't respond with that ridiculous auto bot either. Nobody cares for that. Atmosphere got a 1 star cause overall service is garbage. A complete lack of training and customer service at this location. Hit up McDonalds down the street people. At least your food will be hot with napkins and straws. And mr/Mrs district manager want to talk about this more I'm open. And people I don't do reviews because these companies don't care but I'm that pissed off that I feel I need to share with you so you can avoid a headache and go else where. Take my advice and just keep moving folks. Big disappointment Wendy's.

The absolute worst service I have ever experienced. Sunday 01/14 at 8:25 pm. Girl taking order said what can I get, is that all, no hi no bye, nothing. I said, I have a mobile order and all she said is 2nd window. The girl at the window with the long braids was flippant and just said pull to the door. There are 5 doors so which do I pull to. There were no other customers so not sure why I had to pull to the door.had to wait 15 minutes. A car came 8 minutes after me and got theirs first. Ordered a baconator no bun, got one patty and one slice of bacon. I do want to add this was a mobile order so not sure yet again why I had to wait so long. Also the doors were locked so could not go in.Will never go back as this is not a one time thing.
