Easy return and scan location. Staff was present, but not needed if you had a barcode return label on the return item. Once placed through the window a short time later I received a message indicating my item was being processed for a return.

The staff doesn’t know how to treat people. They are really rude and also disorganize. My bf work with amazon fresh and always have to wait 35/45 minutes for his packages.

Amazon Fresh Grocery Pickup only stores allow customers to place online orders that are delivered by an Amazon team member directly to the customer's vehicle. These stores only provide online pickup services and customer's are unable to shop in-store like a conventional grocery store. When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a notification. Let us know when you're on your way so we can have your groceries ready for you. When you arrive at your Amazon Fresh location, signs will direct you to our designated pickup parking. After you park, enter your parking space number in your Amazon app so our associates can find you.
