I have purchased a couple of highly rated Duracell car batteries from Batteries Plus and have been happy with performance and warranty coverage. I have also been pleased by their helpful and friendly employees.

Such a disappointing experience. We have purchased batteries from Batteries Plus for years. Recently, we purchased 2 jet ski batteries that we ended up not needing. We stopped by today to purchase yet another battery for one of several vehicles and were told that we could not return the jet ski batteries because the purchase date was just outside of a month. Never mind that the store has given us batteries with stickers showing well past the one month date in the past -- but did we complain? No! Today, we only asked for store credit for two unused - brand new batteries. Despite the dozens of batteries we have purchased they refused to work with us. We cancelled the purchase of the vehicle battery and pointed to our purchase history with the store. For a non-commercial account, it was a lot. They did not care, and we will not use this store or its affiliates again. I recommend you go to CostCo or Sam's or WalMart -- at least they are always willing to work with a good customer.

Service manager was extremely helpful. They had the exact car battery I needed in stock. It came with a 4 year full replacement warranty. In and out in under 10 minutes. Fantastic service!

The Bee Caves location is absolutely the worst, and I do mean the WORST experience I've experienced. The two guys working there did everything to get out of installing my car battery. It was so obvious they were making up just random reasons. It literally took 4 bolts to unscrew, that's it!!! All they talked about was how they were watching anime episodes in order. I'm stuck there with no tools to put this fking battery in my car, or course these two buffoons tell me I can't use the stores tools after buying a 220 dollar battery. Please listen to me DO NOT COME HERE.

Very expensive and not very knowledgeable. You only need to be educated on batteries and bulbs. Doesn’t seem like a lot to ask

Brought this battery in this lithium, the owner of the store will fight you tooth and nail to weasel out of a Warranty every single time been doing business with them for a while, but this is definitely the last straw. The indicator light goes out on these lithium and he goes to charge the battery up. I told him it was charged. He goes. Yes it is at full charge, but we can warranty it because the indicator light isn’t working. But I told him it was working when I walked in. It was just a light so what he was trying to do is find out a reason to not warranty the battery and when it came up fully charged then he said well we just don’t cover that regardless they kind of bend and make the rules as they go up there. Save yourself the hassle spend a hell of a lot less and get it on Amazon

Went in for a simple phone repair they didn't have the part so they said they would order it and it would take 5days. 12 days later never heard anything back from them. Main thing was the guy working the store he had a attitude and could tell he was just lazy and didn't care about anything. I asked him how well there phone repair service was and in a none caring manner just shrugged his shoulders you could tell he did want anything to do with it never heard back from them I'm thankful I didn't get my S23 ultra repaired there

The General Manager here is awesome! The night before Thanksgiving he spent about 45 minutes helping me install a new battery on my motorcycle. He was so patient and easy to work with. I'll definitely be back for batteries for the rest of my vehicles!

Order was ready immediately. I compared with other stores and B+ had the best price for same quality. Associate even carried the item out to my car for me. Not the first time I've shopped with them but every experience has been first class.
