Best walk in gun smith in the Austin area, they do FFL transfers, threading if barrels. They ship guns, they do laser engraving, mount, boresight at 25, range sight at 100yards. They do trigger jobs, chamber jobs, build your AR. They are one of the only Cerakota certified applicator in the area. All gunsmithing is done in house.

These guys are great. My FFL transfer came in smooth. Just down to earth guys and not make you feel like you don’t know anything or your a newbie type feeling like other shops. No pressure and just good customer service. I will buy some guns from them later because of the great prices and I already have several FFL transfers on the way. Thanks Guys

Have had them do 4 muzzle devices for me and some other work, very quick and quality work! I also use them for silencer shop stuff and they are quick and you can certify over the phone. Would recommend them for any work you need on your rifle!

Communicated with the gunsmith a few months back about installing a galil SAR mag catch on an Galil Ace Rock N Lock. Said it was an easy job, no issue, so I got the parts and finally brought it in, drove 45 min. The smith there said he won’t do it? As in its “not worth the squeez”. Really odd for a smith that claims they build AKs, riveting a magwell is like… remedial ak building, the class you take right before “how to eat crayons 101.” Just really odd. Trying to avoid having to buy a 12 ton press at harbor freight I’ll use once?

I brought my Enfield 303 British to be cleaned and test fired. They did a phenomenal job, and were able to provide me with a little more info about the gun's history. As a woman walking into a gun shop, I generally expect to walk in and be completely dismissed. It was nice to go to a shop and be given excellent service without a hint of condescension.

Great service! Extensive knowledge and experience in all firearms. What a resource. And inventory is tremendous. In addition to dozens of modern handguns, I even saw some rare CZ-52 high powered 762x25.
I highly recommend checking out the new location in Cedar Park. Very well stocked full service gun shop!

I walked in yesterday since I wanted some custom work done on my airsoft gas blowback M4A1 converted to MK 18 mod 0 replica. They did an amazing job In a couple of hours and even cerakoted it to factory color at such short notice; they were very accommodating and very affordable pricing. I highly recommend them and I definitely would trust them with real steel firearms.

I hope everyone finds a gunsmith with the knowledge and dedication to not just making sure the work is finished but that the work is perfect. The work and knowledge they provide is the best I have ever seen and experienced, but WIZARD who goes by AJ, the man who treats me like family and has become a Friend I say Thank you! The knowledge, skill, and dedication to perfection is enough to make me a customer for life, but the man himself took the time to install a trigger package for me today, he didn't have to at all, he could have said I'm to busy or leave it and I'll put you on the list but he took the time to install my trigger and make sure was it functional, but saw an issue most wouldn't have caught and took the time to correct the problem and give me the best, most perfect trigger I've ever used on a gun, he made my Johnny Glocks Evolution Combat Trigger Package function like something you only find on a 1911. I love this man and his family and I love this place, become part of the family and use the BEST GUNSMITH IN THE STATE if not one of the best in the country. Thank you AJ and I'll see you and the family next week!

Blackjack Gunsmithing (BG) is a godsend. Recently a fellow gun enthusiast friend of mine passed, leaving a significant number of guns and countless rounds of ammunition to his family. The family called me looking for help.
We called BG and within hours AJ (the owner) met us at my friend's residence to discuss the possibility of BG controlling the gun estate sale. By mid-afternoon AJ had taken inventory of all the guns and ammo and transported them to his shop. BG established a vary reasonably priced storage arrangement with the family, along with various sales and consignment options. AJ quickly went to work to determine a market-representative sales price for each gun and develop enticing package deals to include (in many cases) the firearm, optics, holsters, carrying cases and a box or two of ammo.
BG's professionalism, experience and quick work took all the stress out of handling this large gun collection and sales are progressing nicely.

AJ and his team are knowledgeable, efficient and fair. I’m not sure what more makes a great small business. I’ve personally learned more from them than YouTube.
