“A few details of why I feel they deserve 5 stars.1. This company made my life easier for tax related and book keeping purposes. When they initially put together a quote for handling this stuff for me it was quick and detailed of knowing exactly what I was getting. I have been self employed for 19 yrs this was my first year as a LLC and so glad I reached out to them to handle it.2. Communication- Depending on your personality this may not work for you but for me it was perfect. I hate being on the phone every 5 minutes trying to answer tax questions they didn’t do that they sent me a questionnaire of what they needed answers to and if I needed something sending them an email was the best form of communication with quick and accurate response.3. Very understanding - although I was getting a bit anxious about 10/15/23 tax file deadline when I emailed them about where is my return they kindly referenced an email that I had missed and resent it to me without telling me off and that it was my fault (which it was) they handled everything so quickly and very responsive.4. I want to give a special shout out to Isabel, I’m not exactly sure on what her job title is but every time I called she was so sweet, helped me get, or get them what I needed and never made me feel like I was asking a dumb question even though it probably was ?. Aubrey too has been amazing very easy to deal with. And Katie for being a owner of a business you have been amazing to deal with I look forward to a continued working relationship with all of your team!Although this is the first company I have dealt with I don’t see any reason to move to another company.
