This store is very clean, organized & was greeted by a pleasant lady with a smile! Drove here from IH-35 location which was dark, dirty, disorganized & rude lady who glared, not courteous. Difference from hell to heaven, hell being SIH35

They are really great for fat guys; I've found way cool jeans 46 and up ( my weight fluctuates), moto jeans, rip and repair, etc, for around 16 dollars, and some " normal looking jeans for bloody SIX dollars! on the clearance rack

I am totally disappointed with the terrible and anti-human service.
Racist denigrating and total discrimination that the bathrooms have a lock to enter. It is a lack of respect for the client. I will never return to this store again.

This Burlington is always lack luster in comparison to others in the Austin area. Today (4/17/24), the only thing I found was a snack item. I don't know if Elizabeth has another job besides gossiping with/to the cashier who was assisting me about how she was asked to come in on her day off yesterday and how annoying it was that she was asked and further discussed how she felt when she ended up showing up after 11. (4/16/24) First of all, I think it's highly rude to openly discuss such matters with customers nearby. She only skipped a beat to show her disgust about the chips I was purchasing. To that I responded about her not having to like what I like. Honestly, be a bit more self aware and I'm sure the manager expects you to have another job other than gossiping and making customers feel some kind of way. Regardless of what we buy you shouldn't openly express how u feel about it especially if you are not checking me out or if it's not positive. She was speaking Spanish but I understood everything being said. Customer service is lacking and maybe Elizabeth needs clarification on her job duties and self awareness when customer facing.

The state of the shelves in this place was appalling. I went in at 11:15pm on a Thursday, there were NO other customers. One employee was sitting in an aisle in her phone, saying how she didn't want to be there. The other 2 were up at the front. Meanwhile the home goods shelves were a total mess, with customers trash and open packages. Terrible.
