The food and service was great. A little noisy during the lunch rush hour but it was still a nice place to eat. The food was good and it certainly filled me up and I enjoyed every bite of the meal.

Truly deserves 0 stars. Slowest chipotle i’ve ever been to. If you’re thinking about placing an online order, think again. 1 bowl took 32 minutes past the original pickup time. 10 employees and only 1 working. Absolutely ridiculous establishment and a disgrace to the chipotle name.Update: They messed up my bowl as well, wasn’t even close to what I ordered. Thanks for nothing chipotle.

Says this place opens at 10:45. It’s now 11 and the staff still have not allowed 10+ people into the restaurant for service and did so with an attitude. Don’t advertise your service for one thing and deliver another.

Love Veggie Burrito bowl.Love guacamole and best part is it comes by default in veggie bowl. Customer since 2014, this location.Great customer service, staff is nice and welcoming.

There's a reason this place has so many negative reviews. They barely put any meat on my burrito. When I asked them to correct it, they tried to charge me double.

Really nice team working this location, handle in store and online orders gracefully with neither set feeling they are being kept waiting.Dietary restrictions: Are able to make a gluten free meal, request fresh gloves if you have Celiac.

I love chipotle. And I used to love this location in Westlake the most because the staff is friendly and they didn’t run out of ingredients like other locations because they prepped adequately. Unfortunately, those two things have changed drastically within the past two months. My fiancé and I get a burrito and a bowl every Sunday and for the past two months or so the staff have not been friendly, just feels chaotic and overwhelming when you walk in, whereas it used to be calm and clean. Then the past four weeks we’ve been, they’re out of multiple ingredients. Tonight it was sour cream and of course the Vinaigrette, AGAIN. For the fourth Sunday in a row. I love the vinaigrette and it’s part of the reason chipotle is my favorite restaurant. So it’s a big bummer to get that news multiple weeks in a row. We go at 6:30-7pm each time so it’s not like it’s at closing time where it might be understandable. Prime dinner time.Very disappointing. I hope this location can get their stuff together because I would love to come on here and leave a glowing review one day.

Today was the worst day I got there at 5 at it was a mess restroom was all dirty .the line was so long ,i finally got my order and they clearly didn’t listen.wont be coming

The worst experience I've ever had at a Chipotle restaurant and I've been a customer and fan for over 12 years. Lucy at the checkout thought it was funny to let me wait for spoons while she helped three other customers. For some reason, they only put forks out for customers to take, while spoons must be requested (and apparently waited for). Not sure why the special status exists for spoons?Lucy took pleasure in not helping me. Customer after customer went through. I mentioned that I was in a hurry to visit someone at the hospital. That still didn't move her. She claimed to have to wait for a transaction to go through. Once that did, she started handling the 3rd customer behind me. That's when I called out to the kitchen staff to see if someone could help me get some spoons. One guy came out and got me spoons (from beyond a locked door!) and the only thing he said was that I didn't need to yell.Really the opposite of a service-minded staff. I'm sure some type of management intervention is needed. Perhaps the management itself needs replacing.

Consistency: Online orders are consistently late. Minimum of 10 minutes. Which means they don't start until you arrive. Tonight's fun was cleaning solution right next to the food prep - like it's queso or guac. Last time y'all.

i found bones in my food and hair in it as well, but the food is ok, but the service is horrible. every employee was rude and in a bad mood. they were very annoyed and did not put the right amount of toppings in my food. my burrito completely fell apart and was not wrapped correctly. it turned into burrito slop instead of being a burrito wrap. the atmosphere was even worse. it was very lowed and a bunch a young teens were annoying everyone for fun. from my personal experience i would recommend going to free bird instead of chipotle.

If I could give this place a 0 I would, stupid high school kids putting half a scoop of chicken. When you ask for a reasonable scoop they tell you "that's double chicken". Hope they get fired!
