Trying to book an estimate booked me into an actual appointment for them to come to my house without any quotes/etc. No way to easily cancel online without getting another email and signing in via an account/link. It's 2025, get it together.

Came an hour early, price quoted $109, price charged $276- one sofa from ground level- took advantage of a 70 yo person- they were more than 2x the price of other quotes!

Nice guys. Estimated price surprised us, but we needed the stuff out of our garage. $381 for a small freezer, a mattress, and a lawn mower.

Would never hire this company for a move again. We’ve hired movers across multiple states and this is the first time we’ve had such a poor experience. The lead mover had a bad attitude from the jump and was borderline disrespectful whenever we would respectfully ask basic questions / make suggestions during the move. As if that wasn’t bad enough, after a fairly subpar experience, we were put on the spot to tip “at least 20% for a job well done” and when we questioned his assessment of the job quality and offered constructive criticism, the guy got super defensive and rude and then just walked off not willing to engage in any further conversation. We routinely tip generously for good service, but not for poor service when you’re talked down to and shown bad attitude. We still ended up tipping 15% even though they didn’t deserve it… We provided internal feedback to the company after job completion and no one from the company even bothered to reach out to us to discuss our concerns. Kinda baffled by the 4.9 average rating on Google, which is what lured us in the first place. Anyway guys, you’ve been warned if you’re thinking about hiring this company.

Never showed up! I made an appointment a month in advance. Confirmed the appointment prior to the date. On the day, the arrival window came and went without any sign of their existence - no call, no response to any messages, even their corporate support line couldn't get in touch.

A little expensive but worth it to not have to find the time to move the items ourselves. Service was fast and friendly.

Absolutely wonderful! From the initial contact to the Hunks leaving with our junk. Everyone was courteous, punctual, and had fantastic communication. Pricing was very fair and affordable. The Hunks showed up right on time, gave us the (free) estimate, and after we agreed to the estimate, they loaded our junk and departed. The Hunks were extremely personable and friendly. Very respectful of the property. I will be using the Hunks again in the future. I highly recommend!

These guys were awesome. I was in such a bad situation and needed last minute junk removal. The company i originally hired waited until an hour past my appointment window to tell me their truck was down for repairs and they couldnt get to me. These guys called me to let me know they were on the way, showed up early, and even though it was a same day service really worked with me to get everything done quick and easy. Ran through the house multiple times to ensure i was satisfied until they left. Extremely happy and thankful for these guys and will for sure recommend them to anyone needing junk removal. It was such a load off my mind and shoulders when they were finished.

I needed some old furniture removed, so send a request to the company email on a Sunday. They called me first thing Monday morning. Tuesday morning they picked up my furniture. I am giving them a "A" plus. They were quick in responding to my request. The gentlemen that came out were prompt and professional. I will defintely be calling again.

The entire process was super easy. Booked online the night before I wanted junk hauled off. Morning of, they called to tell me they’d be a little late, which ended up only being 15 minutes. They arrived and 15 minutes later, they were done! Very nice gentlemen, explained pricing and his estimate was spot on. Would definitely recommend and use again.
