EDC Hutto has been so good to work with. They could be a prototype for how to have good communication with customers. We always spoke with a real person. Kiera is so professional to work with. Our delivery driver was John. Again, so professional and positive.

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ All around a very positive experience. For some reason my pantry was sent to them for delivery instead of FedEx delivering themselves. Little did I know it would be a blessing. The lady that reached out to schedule the delivery was very nice, proactive and responsive. The two guys that completed the delivery, Bennie and Johnny, they were courteous and took great care with the delivery itself. I’m one happy camper!

EDC is simply the best in the biz. We Run a cabinet company (Cabinet IQ) that works with many shippers both long haul and last mile, and EDC does exactly what we need them to without exception. Timely accurate updates delivered with a smile, and extreme flexibility with inevitably shifting delivery dates for our customers.
I have enjoyed everyone I've worked with but especially Kiera Rash who really knows her stuff and knows what we need from a delivery company to get our cabinets delivered on schedule with every part present and undamaged. Highly recommend

As a truck driver trying to deliver here. Trucks parked in front of the docks makes our job harder. Two rows of trucks in front of the docks is just ridiculous. Other then that, Staff was friendly & they allow restroom use which good.

Link provided on Google Maps page doesn't work. I gave them a call at 4:35 PM to get a few pricing questions answered & automated system said I had reached them after business hours (they close at 5 PM)or they were on the phone. No option to hold for next available agent. Terribly inefficient. Not going to trust them w/ a move if it's this difficult to obtain customer service before I've given them a contract.

I purchased kitchen cabinets from a big box home improvement center that uses EDC to deliver them. They were delivered yesterday and Kiera has kept me informed about the delivery window and expectations throughout the process. Yesterday the driver also communicated both via text and calls. Every time there's communication it has been professional, well-informed and efficient. My hats off to EDC for their customer service and attention to detail! Nice job Kiera. The quality of your work is commendable.

Terrible service. I was called by the same lady twice. I was called last week, to schedule my delivery for tomorrow. I had several items coming in from the same furniture company. I got a call today from the same lady telling me that she was calling to schedule my delivery for a couple weeks from now. I informed her that she had called me a week ago and then she tells me that my item will not fit on the truck that's already been loaded up.I had scheduled someone to be at my home specifically to receive this delivery. She was not helpful at all. Terrible service would not recommend.
