I purchased kitchen cabinets from a big box home improvement center that uses EDC to deliver them. They were delivered yesterday and Kiera has kept me informed about the delivery window and expectations throughout the process. Yesterday the driver also communicated both via text and calls. Every time there's communication it has been professional, well-informed and efficient. My hats off to EDC for their customer service and attention to detail! Nice job Kiera. The quality of your work is commendable.

Terrible service. I was called by the same lady twice. I was called last week, to schedule my delivery for tomorrow. I had several items coming in from the same furniture company. I got a call today from the same lady telling me that she was calling to schedule my delivery for a couple weeks from now. I informed her that she had called me a week ago and then she tells me that my item will not fit on the truck that's already been loaded up.I had scheduled someone to be at my home specifically to receive this delivery. She was not helpful at all. Terrible service would not recommend.

We have been using EDC Moving for years, but this is the first time I've been in their new facility. Wow! I came to pick up a part for my home gym that was delivered to them, and had to ask for a tour. This looks like something out of a movie. Everything is so clean and organized, you could eat off the floors. It's almost dizzying how big this place is! If you need anything done with moving or storage, EDC should be your first call.

Hershel was amazing at communication and was so quick to deliver my mattress. The five stars are for his service and amazing positive attitudeMy item did arrive much later than anticipated but I believe this is from the lack of communication from the company I bought it from, JCPenney.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. We use them exclusively to deliver all of our cabinet orders to our clients. They're easy to work with, responsive, professional, accurate and punctual. Exactly what a delivery company should be. Special shout out to Valerie and Kiera, they are THE BEST!

Horrible service by the drivers who would not deliver our product. When I spoke to him over the phone he hung up on me. He ignored me also when I asked him to pull through the drive. We paid for set up, they left the product on the driveway and when asked if they would come a crossed to set it up they replied no. We pay for the service but did not get what we paid for. I give this zero stars. It has taken us three months to get our product from this company. We have trucks come down our lane every day. The Lowe's appliance truck made it with no issues and safely delivered our products. I am extremely disappointed in the service we received based on the amount of money we spent with the company.

We had a great experience with EDC in Hutto, TX! The communication was great throughout, the crew prompt, careful, and professional. They took extra care to prepare items for storage since we have a wait until our new place is ready. We'll definitely reach-out for the next stage of our move.

They did a wonderful job! We had some very heavy items (1200#) and they made it look easy. They were very careful about not damaging my floors, walls, and doors. Showed up on time and finished quickly. I highly recommend them if you have anything to move.

I have moved 6 times over the last 25 years and this last move I did was the best experience I have ever had. EDC took great care of my belongings and the crews were so polite and hardworking. They answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease throughout the entire process. I hope I never move again but if I do I will for sure be calling EDC. Thanks again EDC!!!!

A big shout out to EDC for doing a great job on my last minute move from Midland, TX to Beaumont, TX. My coordinator kept me updated every step of the way and let me tell you the driver and crew were some of the hardest working people i have ever met. Moving is stressful but EDC took away all of my stress and probably even saved me some gray hairs. I would definitely recommend EDC to anyone who is looking for a top notch moving company.
