I walked to the store around 11:00 a.m. in the morning. Looked me dead in my face then say hello welcome in how can we help you. Madison with the previous customers experience did I spend some money in there now that is the reason why. I came in looking for postage but I could have took care of what I needed to in the store but because of the customer service along with eyeballing me from inside the store to outside the store why would I? RUDE experience, ill mannered, impolite, Very starling, Bad for business. Y'all are new in the complex in not guaranteed business especially on that type of behavior

I dropped into this FedEx location right before closing to ship important tax documents. I have a chronic illness that effects my brain causing some cognitive issues, so I can sometimes forget words or what I was just talking about and I tend to think out loud as well as repeat things for clarity. Michael and Marcayla assisted me without questions and I didn't feel like they were judging me. Unfortunately, I've gotten the snooty side eye on more than one occasion from folks that probably think I'm intoxicated, but that's not the case. For some reason my documents kept printing blank
Michael figured out a helpful way to get them sent from my email and he walked me through it. I'm not the most tech savvy individual. They stayed after closing until my business was concluded and my items were tucked away ready to be shipped. Kudos to both of them for having excellent customer care!!!

Never - ever had an issue with fed ex before with returns at fed ex. A bunch of packages were delivered to us & the people dont live here. Usually they just take it back & return to sender. But the manager Mike? Was VERY dismissive and refused to take the packages.

I opened a FedEx shipping account a few years and states ago because I gave up on USPS. This location is, by far, the most friendly and helpful I have encountered. No shade to the other locations I used in Denver, CO, and Greensboro, NC, but the Round Rock store is full of rock stars on both the shipping and printing sides. Great work, folks!
