I can’t say enough good things about Betty. She’s a true animal lover. She doesn’t kennel your dog, she doesn’t restrain them while grooming. She lets them run around and sniff everything and adjust to the environment. She sends you pictures and videos the whole time they’re with her. My two dogs immediately loved her and felt completely comfortable, and so did I. She even took the time to teach me how to properly trim feet and fanny myself at home! Now that I know about Wholesome Doodle Spa and the collaborative grooming method that Betty uses I’ll never take my dogs to a standard groomer again. This is the way it’s meant to be done. It’s worth every single penny to me to have my dogs come back looking amazing and feeling amazing too.

Betty is SUCH a GEM! So happy we found her. I brought my golden doodle for her first overdue grooming appt - she was anxious and definitely had several tight mats ? Betty’s love, care, understanding and patience are unmatched. She truly wants what is best for the pups she cares for and is very clear on setting expectations and with communication. Results exceeded expectations, and we will certainly stick with Betty from here on out!

We love Betty!! I spent the first year of my dogs life grooming him myself...it was an ordeal every time. The process would take 3 hours and I'd split it into multiple days because neither him nor I could do a full 3 hour session at once. I said all that to say that I wish I would've gone to Betty sooner! I got my dog Beast in 2022 and for some reason it was really hard to find a groomer--no one was taking on new clients. I scheduled my appointment online with Wholesome Doodle, answered a few questions and uploaded a few pics of what I wanted Beast's cut to look like. I was able to get aN appointment fairly quickly. Upon meeting Betty, she felt around for mats and helped me come up with a mat that would be best for Beast. Unfortunately, we had to shave him down pretty low during his first grooming appointment, but that was no one's fault but my own. Things got In the way and I didn't brush him as regularly as I should've and many mats formed. Following the appointment she provided us with a folder with care and maintenance tips for his coat. Betty is highly experienced and will explain everything going into the appointment. She does great with Beast and I recommend her to everyone!

I am so lucky to have found Wholesome Doodle Spa!! I did quite a bit of searching for the perfect place for my puppy! I immediately knew that it would be here with Betty. She takes such pride in her work and is truly gifted! Her attention to detail is so impressive. I love taking my dog to her and I know that he is in the best hands! He always looks amazing and gets so excited to see Miss Betty! Her love for these fur babies make me so happy!!

Betty was great! I took my 16 week old to her for a face, feet, and fanny and was so happy with the results! Betty was easy to communicate with, sent lots of updates, and was very timely. I look forward to working with her again!

Betty is amazing. She groomed our doodle recently and she did wonderful work. Bella had some larger matts around her ears and neck and she was able to get control of them without shaving her.She also gave me lots of instructions (verbal and handouts) about the upkeep of Bella's coat and where the hidden, possible trouble spots are for her hair. We like to keep her shaggy and she matts fairly easily.Bella will certainly visit her again.

Betty is so calm and patient with our Bruno (goldendoodle), you can tell she truly has a passion for what she does. She is very thorough and always has great recommendations and advice on how to manage grooming at home between appointments, which is always so appreciated. Our Bruno is always so excited to see Betty, we wouldn't take him anywhere else.

Betty is a wonderful doodle groomer. She is kind and gentle. My pup is a bit anxious, but Betty puts her right at ease. I know that in Betty’s hands, my pup will look and feel her best. I can’t say enough great things about WDS!

Words can’t describe how thankful I am for Betty. She took my Benji as a client, knowing he was reactive and had anxiety issues. She took him in anyways. She coached me through introducing him to her and her home.
Now I can’t even say her name around him because he gets SO EXCITED. Betty is his best friend, and all I have to say to get him to behave is, let’s go see Betty! And he gets sooooo happy. If you are looking for the perfect groomer, look no further. :)

We love our Judy Bloom, a labradoodle. She is playful, snuggly and highly anxious. Since day one, Betty prioritized earning Judy’s trust, and it has made a meaningful difference. We find solace when she spends time with Judy.
Also, I appreciate Betty’s generosity in sharing her knowledge. As a mother of three, I try to maximize our family budget, and Betty kindly shares her strategies so we can groom Judy in-between visits.
We are grateful for Betty in many ways ♥️.

I couldn't have found a better place than Wholesome Doodle Spa - Betty is amazing at calming my sensitive pup. The care and specialized attention makes Dexter's experience amazing and it's the one place where he actually LOVES to go (and he hates the car!!). Betty is extremely focused on exceeding my expectations! I drive 1.5 hours to see Betty - it's SOOO worth it!
