Horrible experience. I figured I’d give this place a try since it’s a block up from my place of employment. I walked in on a Friday around 4:45 pm only one customer in the entire establishment getting a pedicure ( not busy for a Friday should have been my first clue) unprofessional I had to wait for front person to put her personal cell phone down to acknowledge me standing front of her . She asked what service I needed I stated an pedicure she look around as to see if they had an open seat then looked at appointment book as if it’s an problem to service me and said ok we can get you in. Didn’t show me a services menu nor did the nail tech. I went up front to pay tech stated $55 I asked for your basic classic and she said it $20 extra for gel I’m like ok then the male tech that was providing pedicure services to an client yelled forcefully you got gel it’s $20 extra for gel after my tech had already explained this I looked at him confused like why is he yelling this across from us when he’s service g someone so unprofessional and uncomfortable (note I pointed out it’s not listed on your menu or online reception stated she will talk to owner. I had an busy work day work at office in beautiful Lakeway this place is across the street on my way home as mentioned I figured this may be my new home pedi spot. I will not patronize this place ever again and sad part is the tech did an great job it was neat and shaped the way I like I tried to make small talk mentioning it’s not busy for an late Friday afternoon this is nice and no response she act like she didn’t hear me. Very uneasy vibe!

Charged me $90 for a set of nails that started peeling less than an hour after I left. I asked for gold French tips and as you can see in the picture below (what I asked for vs. what I got), they were not very similar at all- the gold looked almost green. I was recommended to go here by a friend of mine who said that Sadie and Hannah do great nails and are very professional and fast, but the tech that I got was vaping as I was sitting there, the design she did started chipping and peeling as soon as I got in the shower after the appointment, and also took two full hours to finish. When I attempted to go back in the next day to hopefully get them fixed, the front door was locked and no one opened it when I knocked despite it being within their open hours.

Hannah always gets my nails right!! She's very detailed in her work and has great patience w me when it comes to choosing designs/ colors. She makes sure I love my nails and she's very talented! I love her.

Sadie and her team are honestly the best, and Sadie, Helen, and Jae run a first-class family operation. They know fingers and toes! The selection of colors - powder and gel - is large, but not too large where you’re seeing the same colors over and over with just different brands. The new pedicure chairs are delightful. I would highly recommend I Do Nails!

I have been a regular customer now for quite a while and I must say this family owned biz is so fine. They are so accommodating when we call to ask for an appointment and have helped me, my daughter and alllll her friends who have also loved it. Sadie, Jae Lyn and Helen have been amazing. Don’t wonder. Just schedule and enjoy!
