Excellent customer service and very very knowledgeable staff. To the review about the "price gouging" they raise the prices of your not a license contractor and if you are but don't have an account with them. If your and contractor you get the $10 price. Every time they sell a capacitor to the public for the same price they sell to a company it would take money out of our pocket. They are there for their contractors. Not the occasional Joe public who doesn't electrocute himself replacing his own capacitor.

They are wholesale and will not sell to public. They recommend two far away locations. I did not see anything on their website about this before I went there.

Ac went out at 10PM - Had a new unit running and installed by noon the next day! Parts are good quality and at a reasonable price.

Price gouging at its finest. I had a capacitor go out on my central air system. I easily found the part online for $10, but I needed a replacement immediately to get my house cooled. I laughed when the employee said it was $75 because I thought he was joking. After he ran my credit card, I saw that he was serious and it really was 7.5 times the market price (e.g., North America HVAC). At that point, I learned that there was a "NO RETURNS ALLOWED!!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!" policy so I was stuck with the product at the inflated price. This is a terrible business practice. Especially in a climate where people literally die without air conditioning.
