I can see why their reviews are not very good. I went in a couple weeks ago. My nails got super thin and my gel polish started chipping after 1 day. I went in asking for answers. Was just given the run around with no attempt to correct the problem. I was given an excuse that I must have not gotten the hard gel? WHAT? There is no such thing about hard or soft gel. Totally dissatisfied with the service. If they are going to have people talking to you to try to make customers happy, perhaps they shouldn’t lie regarding your service and products.

I came in for the first time. I asked for a fill. I had previously gone into a different salon and this place didn’t have the same acrylic powder that was used on my nails before, and the nail tech said that she could match it. I was really pleased that she tried to do that for me since I hadn’t been there before, but then it quickly went downhill. She did not understand what I asked for even though I had explained what I wanted and showed her pictures. I was already really anxious going to a new place and was very anxious that she kept having to redo my nails. She was shown pictures of the French tip I wanted and she couldn’t do it. She tried to first do it with powder and had to scrape it off my nails and then with polish and they looked nothing like what I asked for. She wiped it off for a second time. I ended up just telling her to leave them how they were. I did not get my desired look, which was a French tip that was painted with gel nail polish. I still tipped her, but I will not be back. I was left with this ugly color that was going to be the base for the French tip and not the shape I wanted. I was so anxious by the end of it.

I don’t typically leave negative reviews, I usually just mind my business and don’t return, but I need to warn any future customers. I went in for a gel manicure and it was genuinely the worst experience I’ve ever had in a nail salon. She finished my entire manicure in maybe 20 minutes, not paying attention to my cuticles for more than 30 seconds and just slapping the polish on my nails. Honestly, it was just a crappy manicure. I will not be returning or recommending.

They were not very nice and I got regular polish and my nails are bumpy, like she didn't even try not them. Then the lady cut me and I was bleeding. My toes looked okay, but my nails and my sisters were not good.

I am shocked at how bad of a job my nail tech did. She put too much product on my nails and the product was half wet and half powder. She put it on my nails and fingers, without even trying to just keep it on just my nails. She didn’t even smooth it out, so they were lumpy with no shape. It made my nails look bigger than they are. I had to keep asking her to file them so I could have the real shape of my fingernails! I have never wanted to walk out in the middle of getting my nails done or ask someone else for help, but it crossed my mind and I should have done it. There was also no consistency to what she was doing. It was a very strange, uncomfortable and stressful experience. Now, my thumb nail is already separating from my fingernail and it’s only been 3 days!

I usually come here to get my brows done but decided to try and get my nails done and WORST experience ever. The lady doing my nails was not gentle at all. When she was using the electric filer to push my cuticles, she kept going until my cuticles were bleeding. My hands hurt for DAYS after. She also didn't do a good job because its been less than 2 weeks and my nails are already lifting at the base. It's not very fun when every time I have to do my hair, hair gets caught. I wish I can get a refund. Hard earned money wasted.

I recently visited K B Nails and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, making me feel welcomed and comfortable. The quality of the work done on my nails was exceptional, and I left feeling very satisfied with the results. I highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for top-notch service and an overall experience.

I originally wrote a review explaining how very bad my nails were done by Yenle here and then deleted the review….There is so much negative I can say but my choice is to just to tell you, go somewhere else. Don’t spend your money here

In answer to the “owners” reply… your reply is the same as is for all the other people’s who had a bad experience in your shop. So if nothing has changed from those bad experiences to mine, you do not really know how to do nails. As for telling you while I was still there, it wasn’t until a day or so later as the tips started breaking and the nails started coming off that I realized I had wasted the money spent. If you own a shop and you have that many unhappy people, letting you do my nails again would just be stupid on my part. I would rather take my chances somewhere else with my money. I should have known they were poorly done when you set another appointment for 2 weeks later. A good set of properly applied nails should get 3 to 4 weeks before a need to follow up. I have gotten as much as 4 to 5 weeks before going in for fills because my nails were applied so well in many different shops. if anyone reads this and still spends money in this salon, you can’t say you weren’t warned. Someone seriously needs to challenge the license hanging in this shop.

My French pink and white nails turned out perfect. Michelle was attentive and asked questions through the whole process to be sure I liked the way it was being done. Finally, a place who puts cuticle oil and lotion on my hands after a fill! 5 stars and next time I will try a pedicure too!!?Service: Sculpted nails

If you want your nails buffed to a bone - best place probably.Absolutely terrible, the lady was taking off the old gel in the most torturous way to the nail, damaged the surface…I left (fully paid of course) not finishing my Deluxe Pedicure, such a joke - should be called “deluxe nail massacre”More note to the manage, train the stuff properly, provide with proper light (that poor lady couldn’t see anything), level up your standards
