Relax the back in Bee Cave Hill Country Galleria shopping center is the best. From the time we walked in to the store to delivery Mike gave us exceptional service and any help we needed to get our new massage chair a new place in our home. Ahhhhh - I’m busy getting a massage right now.

Dee is so helpful and knowledgeable. I tried out many chairs and ended up buying a human touch massage chair from her and it was a smooth and easy process. I love my chair and couldn’t be happier. An amazing experience! Dee Cortesio, the manager at the Hill Country Galleria location, is the BEST! We explained our situation to Dee. She calmly walked us through the science of the zero gravity recliner and explained how it might help my wife with her back pain. She encouraged my wife to try out several different models and explained the difference in each one. The relief was immediate. My wife was thrilled. I could not get her out of the showroom recliner. We purchased a Hale Zero Gravity Recliner with both heat and massage. Their “white glove service” brought it out and set it up at our house. Everything was perfect. My wife loves her Hale Premiere Zero Gravity Recliner with heat and massage. Thank you Dee! And thank you Relax the back. What an amazing product; what a great store; and what a great group of folks to help walk you through the process.

Recently had major spine surgery and ordered a chair from them, the woman I talked to on the phone was very helpful in finding me the right chair. Once said chair was found she got the delivery all set up and the chair was at my house the next day. Now I have more places to relax while I recover.

We took a few months to research and test different massage chairs. We made multiple visits to this store and every time they were very paitent, and kind with all of our testing, questions and repeated testing and questions. Customer service is top notch! The product Super Nova Human touch massage chair is incredible! We are very happy with the product and more imporantly the people behind the product!

Christine is the most helpful employee. Christine went out of her way to resolve an issue I had with a chair. I cant say enough good things about Christine and her manager, Dee. I think they both deserve big raises!

We canlme to your store today, 20 minutes before closing and the lights were on but the doors were locked. Thought maybe u closed early, but then we saw someone lock up and leave at 6. I know it was close to closing but we really needed some assistance. Incredibly unfortunate you closed early to avoid helping people. Just plain rude.

The chairs I bought are good; however, the men that delivered them smelled like they had just finished smoking pot. If that is “white glove delivery and set up”, our world is in trouble.
