I know my taxes are in good hands with the guys at Rupert and Associates. I love that I can do everything online and I get a nice little pamphlet with everything in one place when taxes are filed. I am always surprised at how much we get back in taxes and I have Stephen to thank for that! They are honest, fast, and communicate well. I won’t take my tax return anywhere else.

The whole staff at the firm is super friendly and makes you feel welcome! They can answer the simplest questions to the most complex tax situations with so much patience. Never in my life have I owed taxes before using these guys. On top of that, their fees for tax preparation are exorbitant. They also failed to meet the IRS deadline with my filing, which caused me to need to pay interest on top of the tax bill they arranged for me. Not sure what these folks are doing, but something’s up.

I can confidently say that Rupert & Associates is the company you should trust for all your tax and business service needs. There simply isn't a better company in this industry. If anyone disagrees, feel free to reach out via email, and I’ll gladly write you a 20-page paper with an annotated bibliography explaining why you're mistaken—though you're, of course, entitled to your own opinion. I had a great experience with Rupert and Associates. They expertly handled my late brother's returns, and their system made the process very easy to navigate. The initial consultation went great. Seemed very attentive and ready to help with my 1st full year's business taxes. That couldn't be further from the truth. This firm didn't help, guide or strategically do anything for us. I'm a small owner operator plumbing company. Every dollar helps as I'm sure most can understand. They weren't punctual. Weren't professional. Weren't courteous or friendly in the least. Expected us to know everything they needed. Multiple times came back saying more information was needed after us asking that question ahead of time. I don't suggest using these people.
After further communication and finalizing the taxes, absolutely nothing changed. I still recommend finding a company who actually cares about thier clients. After acknowledging my concerns, they said take it or leave it basically and they weren't doing anything else. Unless I paid additionally $250per hour for more advice or strategy basically. I couldn't be less satisfied and feel we did all their work for them.

I contacted Rupert & Associates maybe less than two months ago and they were rockstars at getting our taxes going and answering all of my questions along the way.
I worked with Ana a lot on the Quickbooks side of things and she is a wizard when it comes to all things Quickbooks and her knowledge of the ins and outs of bookkeeping and taxes is insane (in a good way).
I never felt rushed, or like I was bothering them, we got our taxes submitted right on time and I will continue using them for our business and personal taxes! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My husband and I are new business owners and were in need of a lot of help switching from quickbooks desktop to quickbooks online. Ana has been the biggest and best help with this!!
