Zero stars for customer service. Replacement parts WITH a warranty cost more than new parts other places. Also, purchasing replacement parts all sales are final with no ETA for part and no estimates of back order times.Comfy bed until it isn’t: Stay away

Purchased a bed on line a new sleep IQ $7000. Tried to set it up but the app was broken so couldn't use my bed. Try to call but tech support leaves early. So I had to sleep on the floor.

So I have a very mixed review of sleep number. First off, the person we talked to at this location was great, very helpful and spent a lot of time with us. Nothing but great things to say about her. Now, the issue I ran into was I originally purchased the base model adjustable base with the m7 mattress. After talking to a co-worker who just bought one they were quoted a lower price. Basically anytime you go into the store it’s the lowest sale price ever. But they do have better sales than others. I called the store and was told to change it I had to call customer service as too much time had lapsed. Called customer service and was on hold for one hour thirty seven minutes and then the line went dead. Needless to say I wasn’t in the best mood so I started researching complaints and found this is pretty common. Tried chatting online but that is a answering service and they redirect you to call. I then tried to cancel, but on hold again.While waiting on hold and researching I read the small print of the warranty. Basically the bed comes with a one year warranty and after that it is pro rated. Like the second year you own you pay 35% of the msrp for the part, the shipping and return shipping, and cost of the tech to come out if you need it. So the warranty is pretty much non existent after one year.After calming down and reading reviews on other beds I decided this is the normal for mattresses. I just took delivery of it and am happy so far as my wife and I like different softness. I would say if you go for the bed pass on the mattress covers and the extras. Also wait on the sale as they are all the time.Overall mixed, just alot if money to spend on a complicated bed for a one year warranty.

PLEASE READ THE FINE PRINT OF THE 100 day mattress and base return. They do not accept the " Adjustable" base. That base cost $3100. More than the mattress. Very deceiving advertising. I never received a call back from "The executive office" to discuss any resolution.

New owner (not yet received) of a Sleep Number dual king adjustable bed. WIth many sleeping problems related to musculoskeletal issues, I tried this company with the hope and expectation for better sleep. The process for choosing was easy and the choices are easy to understand. The decision is a big one and the cost not trivial. But the sales experience was enjoyable and having purchased a new bed, I am looking forward to better, deeper and less painful sleep.
