Arrived 20 minutes before reservation and was met with a sign that said “out to lunch be back in 30”. We waited an hour and no one is here. Multiple people came with reservations and had to leave

Jorge was incredible friendly and nice.
The truck was newer and in excellent condition
This is the second time we have rented from this location and Larry had Jorge could not be nicer.

I arrived 10 min before my drop of time and there was no one in the office, the location is very remoted and sketchy. There are no directions on what to do if there's no one in the office. I had to google my instructions, hoping I did everything correctly and I don't get charge extra.

Owner was not at location when I arrived to pick up rental truck arrived. Another customer showed up with their truck and were unable to complete drop off as well. Worst experience I've ever had and very unprofessional I had to cancel movers because of a poor business owner.

Can't even bother to answer the phone. I called on two separate occasions, multiple times, and no one answered nor was I able to leave a voicemail as the recording said it had not been set-up. U-Haul needs to get rid on this location; they are obviously not even trying to keep the business running.

Wait for one hour on moving day and no one shows up at the office, other customer also left after wait and shake their heads. No return call and return email. Never go back to this location

Great customer service! They were very friendly and prompt when I arrived, checked in and was out the door within 10 minutes. The truck was perfect..well maintained and good to go. I've never had such a quick and easy experience with a U-haul dealer. They were just as efficient and professional when my husband and I turned the truck back in as well. Highly recommend this place
