The older lady was so extremely rude . Talking down to me . I don't work for the post office how am I supposed to know certain things she responds you didn't ask . She said the post office can't recieve fed ex packages. Even to a po box . This makes no sense. She kept talking down to me and talking g in circles . Yes we do but we don't. All I wanted to know was what was the process . It's no wonder people dont use the post office any more .. do better

Was sitting outside for less than 2 minutes talking to another city worker about a job near the property. Before a clerk came out yelling to move, being as rude as possible. Not an ounce of respect or professionalism. Mind you, it had been 15 minutes before someone else had pulled in. Don’t know his name but he looks like Mr Moseby from Sweet life of Zach and Cody if he was hitting the pipe. Didn’t realize USPS hiring standards fell so low.

I got a package that was delivered ripped open and missing items! This is not okay and they need to hold their employees accountable! Opening someone mail is a federal offense and this will not stand with me! He is the mail driver, male with red hair. Very disappointed with the people they trust to deliver mail! If it was ripped open, why didn't he report that it was ripped open ??? Because he did it and thought I wouldn't say anything!!!

Employees here do not do their job. They deliver to the wrong houses. I have to go their location just to clarify where they delivered my item. Will not choose these guys again.

Fast, efficient and kind! If folks understood the difficulties all postal employees, including managers, have to contend with y’all would be more supportive. Be nice to your PE and they will be nice back 😆 probably! There are always exceptions to the rule 😇

Imposible to reach via phone, it’s been 2 months since our community parcel box hast been out of commission because someone tampered with the master lock in the back. Massive inconvenience to go pick mail on their operation hours.
