Don't get your iPhone fixed here unless it's something super simple. Our fell in water, the screen had white lines on it - I took it in to see what they could do. The guy insisted it was the screen and said he would replace it and if it didn't work, he wouldn't charge me. Welp, it didn't work and now the screen is all black and I can't even wipe the phone. It's complete trash now.

I love this place. This is a great location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They fix your I phone screen if it breaks.

Made an appointment to have 2 iPhone 6s screens replaced at 1:00pm. We were told that the phones would be ready around 2 or 2:15pm. When we returned to pick up the phones, we were told they were just starting on the second phone because "they were slammed," although there was nobody else in the store (when we dropped off or picked up). It was 3:00pm when we finally left with our phones... one of which has a weird glitch in the screen now. Won't be returning here.

Incredible service from the Westlake store at 360 and 2244. The group of men, Jake, Chris, and Sir Cedric, were on the extreme of intelligence, grace, communication, product knowledge, and company representation. I have never been that impressed by three young men in the same room at one time. These guys work together like a fine Swiss watch. Battery Plus better recognize the talents of these three. Another organization is going to recruit this Team. Whatever they are getting paid, they need a raise. This is a real review from Tommy Cain, Coldwell Banker/Lakeway. Im not impressed easily either.
