The competition for auto repair in Azle is fierce. So many companies within the 4.5 to 5 star range. Alan's shop is a solid 5 for good reason, he is the best and he always has the customers cost savings in mind. He gave me several options and was completely up front with everything. I'd give him a million stars for customer service if I could. He is very busy and you may need to wait a little but he will take excellent care of you. I am a customer for life.

Alan has always been there for me with my Tahoe, Dodge Dakota and my Car. He is always reasonable on prices and lower than anyone else. Kyler his employee is great too. I tend to ramble and they are great about answering my questions. So customer service is exceptional just like their work ethic. So if Alan is working on your vehicles you are truly Blessed.

Great place to have vehicle repairs done. They did a brake job and charged me exactly what I was quoted. The young man who helped me and inspected the brakes and completed the work was friendly, helpful, and professional. I will definitely use this shop again...plus they asked for a review which tells me they care about the customers' opinion.?Service: Auto brake replacement

Very nice and professional group of guys! They diagnosed my issue and ordered the part on the same day (and it was the weekend!). And as soon as the fuel pump was delivered they installed it on the same day. Will definitely be using them again.

Alan Thompson is the coolest guy in Azle. Under any circumstance, go see this dude if you need to get your car fixed.These guys took care of me fast and with a friendly attitude. I had my vehicle looked at because my air conditioning system was not performing properly. Alan looked at the system and got it up and running quickly. I also have used his services one other time. Both times I have been here he was prompt, friendly, and fair in pricing. I will take my vehicles here again next time I need a good mechanic. Was happy with my experience.

Alan is an honest, fair, professional mechanic. I came in with a burned out headlight - I had the bulbs but no means to replace them. He not only got the job in 15 minutes he replaced the other light so they would have the same beam. Even after all of that he diagnosed my window issue and quoted me a price to repair it when I had time to come back at a price $400 cheaper than the other “estimate” I got from a different shady mechanic. I highly recommend Alan Thompson Automotive to anyone needed a reliable mechanic.

This guy is a liar when it comes down to estimates. I took my car to another mechanic shop in Fort Worth and they said that this shop installed the wrong bearing on my axle. Horrible place!
