Kaitlyn Thompson was the nicest young lady I have ever met she was super helpful and extremely nice I came in for a pack of smokes and gas and I asked about the vapes she seemed very knowledgeable on the product and I bought 2 and I love them I will def be coming back she was the highlight of my day excellent customer service.

The Azle, Texas Yesway / Allsups has some awesome people working there…above and beyond customer service! We got gas there this morning and locked our keys in the truck. Two of the women working there worked and worked in the cold to get our truck unlocked. We are so grateful to them, even though the laJunta fire truck come along and had the proper tools and opened it quickly. Those ladies were wonderful, though! And always are when you go in the store. Kudos and much thanks to those amazing ladies! We are always satisfied with Yesway’s service and product availability.

Almost every time I come here so many pumps are broken/ down or they say pay inside. Please get your pumps fixed. Worst allsups ever.

The people in this store is some of the rudest people I ever met especially the young short haired girl that was working at 6:55 there walk in cooler quit working and all the stuff in the cooler was getting warmer so I thought I would be nice and let them know about it well I guess they don't care so I just got ignored

When I come inside to pay for gas I they never ask me if I have a reward card or phone number associated with my rewards cards and if I try to put in my number they alway have already cash it out and already have the register open so I can’t put in my number. I am not very happy with this it needs to be resolved.

This is not only the cleanest Allsup within a two hour radius, But also has the kindest most helpful employees. By far the best place to stop on my route. Extremely clean bathrooms and store. Always greeted with a smile. 10/10

Non-ethanol gas. About 75 pumps to chose from. Grill inside is excellent. Clean restroom.

Dirty pump areas, diesel and dirt wet. Needs power scrubbed weekly. Pumps not working are not marked in any way. Will try again and see if management does anything, otherwise I'll be going elsewhere.

I sometimes stop there after work in the morning to pick up 2 cans of chew for my husband. Did this the other morning. Bill came to around $18.Looked at my bank statement today & have a charge for this Allsups for gas (I did not get gas. Had a full tank.) For over $198!!!!!I drive a Ford F150, even if I had gotten gas there, it wouldn't have come close to that!Went to the store to dispute the charge & was told that sometimes the bank will put a hold for a higher amount on gas purchases. I did NOT buy gas!!! I The I was told I have to come & speak with the store manager.I am filing a fraud claim with my bank & a police report for unauthorized charges.Be sure to check your receipt when you go to this place!!!

New and nice clean truck stop. Nice large parking lot with easy entry and exit for big trucks. Large fuel island. Large convenient store with very friendly staff and clean
