The staff was very professional and friendly. Chris helped me switch my phone and internet over and saved me over $40.00 per month. I can't say enough good things about the experience overall. Even the installers for our fiber service were great.

I was having problems with my phone. Carlos fix it for me. and then I just realized that my phone was so old that it was causing me more. Christopher and Carlos work was more than helpful.. they helped an old person. Get what they really wanted. They also help me get everything installed. also Helped me make sure that everything was running just like I wanted it. They were so patient with me and I shall return again I highly recommend carlos to get a rise and get all the recognition that he can receive for working with the public.

I went to ATT STORE LATE IN DAY & salesman were all busy. I waited a few minutes & a young man came over & said - how can I help you. I explained. He went to get a part for my phone, explained while he was installing. I couldn’t have had a better salesman. I am nearly 87 years old & don’t uasually get help like that, & had driven my self to store & was very very impressed with young man who helped me. Thank you for having salesman that friendly. We walked in and were greeted with a friendly smile, didn’t catch that tech’s name; however, there were 3 AT&T techs and 7 patrons to be helped. Everyone was friendly and in good spirits within our small community’s AT&T Store. One of the techs was a former student of mine, and he was helping an older couple from our church. The 5-10min wait was not a problem. The Techs were diligent, helpful and knowledgeable in their respective field that made them swift at moving from one patron to the next but making sure each person felt heard and cared about. When David asked if there was anything else he could help us with, my daughter asked for a”high five” & David did not disappoint! ??
The almost 2hr phone wait (with no help) was ridiculous... and that's why we chose to drive to the store front. Thank you David and Tyler! In Azle, Texas.

My wife and I had an awesome experience at this location. Jacob was extremely helpful and honest throughout the trade in and upgrade process. He had us in and out in a little over an hour, which is way faster than other locations. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who asks.

Went to upgrade my phone, and was helped throughout the whole process. Everyone in the store was interacting with us, and Wade was especially helpful in the transaction and transfer process. Great customer service!

Long waits, employees who can't answer questions Confidently without double checking with a manager. Very unqualified to be educating people about phones and or phone plans. Super disappointing. And zero willingness to make sure your questions or concerns get answeres attempted to be resolved. I had been with at&t since 2008. After this experience I went to a t-mobile store and left asking myself why I had not switched sooner. It's literally day and night. Went from a $250+ phone bill with at&t to now a $90 bill including the phone payments, waved installment fees and truly unlimited. If you have any second thoughts on at&t I promise you'd be making the right choice to switch.

I went in today freaking out about my phone being locked out. (Apple) wade and the other guy with long hair sorry I don’t remember his name but they were quick to assist me and helped me get everything figured out. Thank you gentlemen very much!!
