“Did a warranty claim through these people, they did a great job and were very courteous. The only complaint I have is that it took slightly longer than they estimated but it was thanksgiving week so that is more than understandable.”
“Gaston’s was a great experience. When I called about a diagnosis I had gotten from another place they were quick to say don’t get the work done before we look at it just to be sure it’s necessary. I came in they took a look and we ultimately decided it wasn’t necessary. I appreciated their honesty. And will be returning to have the work done when it is necessary. “We just moved to the area and I needed a "car guy," especially after my oil pressure light had come on the night before. I was worried I'd run the engine if I drove it more. I called Jesse and asked if he could get my car in . He told me to bring it right in. He had it looked at fixed within a couple of hours. He did what needed to be done to fix it without upselling or anything else. Seems really honest, like a guy trying to run a shop correctly. It was a super fair price. I definitely FOUND my new car guy in Reno, TX.”

“This place was recommended by my neighbor after I told him about a bad experience with meineke. I called Motley and was told first come first serve so I showed up just after 8:45 am on Tuesday told them I needed an inspection and could they look at my radio system as the speakers stopped working. They said sure we can do that but you’ll have to leave it here. I said I have no one I can come get me, she says that’s ok we got someone for that. Cool! Two days later my car is ready, inspection done and new radio installed at $200 less than quoted. I love this place! I have found my auto care place from here on out.”
“Picked up a nail in my front tire on the way home from work, the gentleman who wrote me up quoted me 45 minutes to an hour. I sat down and within 15 to 20 minutes my car was being pulled around to the front of the store. Flat was fixed and other tires were all checked and topped off, and they also replaced the valve stem on the tire that had the flat ( All free of charge) It took longer to get the information for my car then it did for them to repair it and check all the others. Everyone was friendly and professional, the work was done quick and overall it was a great experience. I'll definitely be back!”

“I thought they serviced my cabin air filter when I had an oil change a few weeks ago. It started making a weird flapping noise and I brought it in and asked if they could look at it. Turns out, they had not replaced the filter and they helped me anyway. Turns out a leaf had fallen into the filter and they were knowledgeable and helpful and didn't turn me away even after I claimed they did work they actually didn't.”
