I went here looking for a dash mount for my car. I picked one out and took it to the front, it rang up $30 more than the tag. I told the rep that it was marked different and he said “was probably in the wrong place”… ok, no problem, so I go pick out another and it rings up as more than the peg said as well. I let him know where I got that one and he said “well, I don’t know what you want me to do, people don’t put things back where they get them”. I left the store. I didn’t even want a price match or anything, just was done trying the “see how much this one is” game.

The employee was so nice. He came out and looked at my truck hitch to see what light adapter I needed and then came out and put it on for me. Great service. I even tried to tip him a little bit and he wouldn't take it. He said he was glad to help me and gave me a kindly pat on my shoulder????

Got to this location 30 minutes before they opened. Once they opened, I was the first person to walk in. I needed a new battery. I was told to wait until the 8:00 person showed up. So, I waited another 30 minutes. Then the individual that was "helping" me came out and told me they were too short staffed to help me. At least they jumped me so I could drive to their competitor...
Side note - I saw three employees when I was there.

The last time I went to auto zone the employee I encountered was sitting down when I walked in and he had this look like he really wasn't looking forward to help me. I told him what I needed and he didn't offer any extra help to satisfy my needs. I'll never go back to that place again. Went to orielys and the employee there went the extra mile to resolve my needs by giving info that was very helpful.

Not impressed. “Uhh I don’t know” when asked questions or my personal favorite “I’d take it to a mechanic”when talking about replacing a dead battery. Not “I’m not sure, let me go grab my manager because he can definitely tell you.” Not “sure, I’d love to help you out with picking a battery!”Lost my business that day and at least a few hundred dollars this trip. Left me standing outside, jaw on the ground in shock, walked casually inside as if our transaction was done. So, I let it be done and went elsewhere.

Wasted time only to get a refund. Staff didn’t know how to put the wipers on my car after the first employee checked that those were the correct wipers for my car and then when we go outside to put them on I’m told I need a refund because they were not the right ones. I go inside I process the refund only to find out it’s not going to refund immediately and then they want another $64 for the wipers they want me to install. I swear I hate going to these places without my husband. I feel that because I’m a woman I can be charged more and treated different. This location has lost my family’s business.

Staff here are nice and I never have to wait long in line, in my opinion I prefer autozones warranty over others because I always get the better service with them than others
