No major complaints here, I dropped off a letterman jacket, it was cleaned and the cost was $14 if anyone was wondering. I will say I just wish they called when it was finished, most cleaners call to let the person know when the job is done. I wound come here again.

Waited 7 days for my letter jacket to be washed, I understand they are busy and Theres a process so I get that but after all that my A patch wasn’t fully clean. Other than that the service was fine and the jacket was mostly clean, just frustrated because I would hope a $16 cleaning job would be done right.

DO NOT USE! Ruined a pair of suit pants and refused to take any responsibility. Pants were fine when dropped off and when I got them back, they had a line of holes in a pattern. The cleaners blamed "moths" and expects the customer to have a photo of clothes with no damage to prove it is responsible. Ridiculous. Beware of taking anything of value here.

1 star cause you cant give 0! Do not get work done here! They will steal/lose your clothes then blame you for not picking them up and "donate" them to some lady. Sounds like a scam to me. #buyerbeware #cleaners #cometcleaners #dryclean $onestar

We were going to drop of some shirts to get pressed, but when we pulled up the 2 ladies were outside smoking and then proceeded to go inside the business with the lit cigarettes. We turned around and left. Cigarette smoke is a definite no for us.

terrible service, rude on the phone, said they lost my item so I went up there for them to tell me I never brought it there. I told them multiple times I did, and finally they looked for it and found it. will not return here

These guys here in Azle are second to none. Every time I drop clothes off it seems that somehow they made my clothes better than they were when I dropped them off. Not just cleaner. Great folks.

Worst customer service I've ever had. Sorry but first impressions are everything. The greeter lady with severe periodontal disease was the rudest lady I've ever met to hand off my clothes. She acted like it was such an inconvenience to her day by handing her my ONE dress to have dry cleaned!! I will never go back just due to customer service. Do better, we all have hard days do not take it out on me.

They are so rude and will ruin your clothes and best they offer is store credit for when they mess up. Why would you trust a company that ruined your clothes with more garments ?

I write a nice review a couple of months ago.
I’m a security guard and I take pride in my appearance, which is why I have my uniforms cleaned. I can’t do as good a job myself. It’s not cheap, but I take pride in my appearance.
Since writing that review, 2 of my long sleeved shirts have mysteriously disappeared and I have been given 2 separate pairs of uniform slacks that were not mine. Two different individuals names. Our uniform company identifies our clothes. Those shirts are $75 each. I am not happy. But they’re the only game in town.
The comet cleaners I used on Camp Bowie were far more efficient. I don’t know why this is so hard.
