Went in yesterday to get a new phone, the guy in there (my reciept said Aughstin- i think i butchered his name) was great, did everything precise and quick for me, even started transferring data yet i didnt expect him to, i planned to do it at home. The guy with long hair is very helpful and genuine too. However this woman, she's always in there, dirty blondish hair and glasses?(+ does cricket have a company policy against family working with one another? She said her little sister was training to work with her once ?) She always has an attitude and is passive aggressive. She's also super slow as if she gets paid for you to be in the store.. If you hate your job just leave it, dude. There's a young girl named Karen too who also is super rude. A few months ago i was frustrated and trying to hold back tears because i couldn't afford a new phone for work and they couldn't help me with fixing the current one, and they both rolled their eyes at me, were passive aggressive once again. I understand you couldn't help, but the attitude was entirely uncalled for! I DREAD coming to this cricket and cannot wait to move closer to a different one so i never have to again. Indian tech guys ftw ?

ALWAYS go to the Axle TX cricket wireless store and ALWAYS ask for Peggy!!!! She's so awesome and easy to talk to and really patient and friendly and helpful!!! If she gives you advice on what phone to get, you should definitely follow her advice! She's always willing to help you and willing to take the time to listen! Peggy always goes above and beyond to help you! I will never go anywhere else or deal with anyone else! That girl needs a raise!!!
