Picked up a nail in my front tire on the way home from work, the gentleman who wrote me up quoted me 45 minutes to an hour. I sat down and within 15 to 20 minutes my car was being pulled around to the front of the store. Flat was fixed and other tires were all checked and topped off, and they also replaced the valve stem on the tire that had the flat ( All free of charge) It took longer to get the information for my car then it did for them to repair it and check all the others. Everyone was friendly and professional, the work was done quick and overall it was a great experience. I'll definitely be back!

Unexpected trip to discount tire today due to a nail flattening my tire. Jimmy, Kayden, Greg and Stephen were helpful and friendly and got me squared away with a new set of tires, as the nail hole was non repairable. I appreciate the help these guys gave and their quick service.

Called this morning ask do l need appointment to get tires rotated they said no come down we get you in arrived at store, looked in shop only 2 cars l though good ,went to check in , then was told it would be 2 hours ,will never return to this store .

Because it’s raining the manager doesn’t want to have a tech doing pressure checks… I work in the rain. If they don’t want to check customers tire pressure because of a lite rain..They need to find other lines of employment

My family and I had the worst experience at this store! We’ve bought all our tires at Discount Tire for years however because of the poor customer service as well as the quality of work they have Lost our business forever!
We do not recommend Discount Tire to anyone!!

When I arrived at the Azle location there were two vehicles in the shop and one in the parking lot. Four different vehicles came in, got serviced and left before my truck was finished. I was there for over an hour. Never would have thought it was going to take that long.

One of the few places left that actually believes in great customer service! The guys are always friendly, helpful and prompt. Great service, quality products and fair prices. I would never buy tires from anyone else!

Thank you for the great work. Went there without an appointment and had my own tires I have purchased somewhere else. They were finished within an hour. I will go there again in the future.

Great Service, Jimmy Mason.was Absolutely the Best. Would Recommend asking for him when service is Needed. Glad to Finally have Discount Tires out here in Azle it was way overdue also would Recommend them for Tire service.
