“When you live in the "kountry,," having a great Dollar General is pretty essential. Any of our city slicker friends that we take there are always a bit surprised at how well stocked it is with both food selections and other items. A great place for to run grab something quickly when we don't want to go all the way to Alberston's in Azle. Clean location and friendly staff. Thanks!”

“I love the cleanliness and neatness of this store, unlike the General Dollar near by which has things hanging off the shelves. I love shopping the nick nacks and it's a great store for items needed in-between big shopping trips. Large selection. They also have great seasonal items.”

“I really like this store and go here for items that you can't find other places or cost a lot more somewhere else. The employees are always friendly and the store is well stocked. I don't mind that it's $1.25 but I hope they don't become like Dollar General and start overcharging for more and more items since I am now seeing more price tags with higher amounts. The only downside is that there are not enough employees so the lines can get long and there are boxes all over the store, especially in the back making it hard to get to what you want without tripping. It makes the place feel cluttered and trashy. But that's poor management and not the employees fault. The place is worth checking out if you want a good deal on everyday household items and seasonal decor.”

“WOW!! This was my second visit to the Azle location. Both times, I was greeted with a smile. The shelves are well stocked, clean and organized. I expected this Dollar General Store to be like all the others. I just started working in the Azle area. I’ve shared my experience with several people. The customer service is exceptional. Very Clean, Organized and you can walk down the isle. You can tell “The employees care about their store!” I was beyond impressed! I complimented the Employee for her exceptional customer service. “I stopped into this Dollar General today and had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. Kelly was incredibly friendly and helped me find everything I needed without me even having to ask twice. Madison is always super polite and upbeat.

“It's a Dollar General. You either go to these type of places or you don't. If you do you won't be disappointed. I have always had a good experience. The store is sometimes a little messy, but again it's a Dollar General. Don't expect Nieman Marcus.”
