Units with barrel locks? No one in office....no place to buy lock. Lock we bought wont fit....so belongs are in a unit I can't lock.....

Very unprofessional. Do not be scammed by the false discount on 1st and 2nd month. I got a storage unit for the promotion they are doing with 50% off first and 2nd month. Only to get told I will only be receiving 1 month and not the 2nd because of an error when inputting the information and there is nothing they can do about it now. I will make sure to spread the word on this scam. You are better off going elsewhere for a unit!

My mother has been renting a unit here for about a year. She went to it today and her unit had been burglarized. The curious thing is the lock hadn't been cut/removed. She is also in the back row where cameras are conveniently missing. She is currently filing a police report.

No one has tried to call me, not sure why the owner has replied saying someone has.. also I can't move out because the key pad doesnt even work. I have had to call every time I entered and every time I've left.

Horrible! Our boat day on Memorial weekend ruined. Gate broke. Several people needed access when we were trying to get in. Told district manager notified with no response from this person. Resident gone and no work on weekend. Been here for only 2 weeks and have had trouble using passcode all the time. Be careful renting from them.

Very helpful and courteous. Was able to transfer easily when an upgrade was needed. I’d recommend if your looking for a good deal with easy access and good customer service!

Can Lock my unit when i miss a payment by a day but when i pay it takes forever to come take lock off. ridiculous no need for it

I went through 4 people, until I got the right person, Mr. Terry. He was helpful & he took time to explain things & was very patient and professional. One Rep, she didn't even want to try & help. So , I hung up and got Terry.
The others I talked to on 7/2... Told me I qualified for a 50% off first 2 months, to be sure & call on the 10th & finish the paperwork. But, that wasn't correct. I told the other Reps, I needed a unit @ the Azle, Tx. Location. But, they quoted me, the 50% off special at the Weatherford location. So, No not satisfactory & 3 stars for, not honoring what 2 others told me on July 2nd. That's not good business.

By far the easiest process to rent a unit and had access the same day! We were in a pinch and needed a unit right away! Rates were great too! Highly recommend KO storage!
