I would say this place may be alright for men but I would not recommend for woman. I have a short cut and they left me with uneven layers, did not properly use the texturizing shears, and did not elevate and redirect properly in the front so I was left with a hole where hair is supposed to be. Definitely one side is longer than the other. Also they only texturized one side of my head and my hair was wet, horror. Where I went wrong is sitting there and allowing them to give me this cut honestly I’ll never try to save money again. Hair takes too long to grow back this is why it is imperative that a good consultation and understanding is had before they get scissor happy. Also I’ve had the experience of being passed around like what is that? How does it take 3 stylist to still not hit the mark. SIDE EYE for sure. I love my hair and I would wish them ill but I’m sure they are already suffering so…

Went to get a haircut at another place and was not satisfied with what I received. I called and spoke with Kristin and she said she could fix the mistake from the other place. I showed up she looked at the cut I had gotten and said it would be no problem. Over the phone she said she would just fix it free of charge and I would not allow her to do so. She got me right in after her current client at the time. Within no time she had me fixed right up. Customer service was great and her talent for cutting hair is remarkable
. I couldn't have asked for a better service. She deserves a 10/10 and I will not be going anywhere else from here forward. To the owner of the business I hope you see this and know the true talent you have. I appreciate everything she did when she didn't have to.

Haircut took less than 10 mins, I still have a few patches of long hair that were missed. Sideburns are crooked and uneven from one another. Front of my hair was cut too short and I now have bangs. I wish I was being dramatic but this is unreal. I guess I’ll wear a hat until it grows back?

I gave it 2 stars, because of fast and easy appointment, but I end up disappointed and frustrated because we went there to have our two boys have their haircut but end up with only one of boys received a haircut. For the reason that my youngest cried a lot, I tried my best to assist but the lady refuse to give a service. I thought they are equipped and trained to handle different types of customers especially kids but actually not, different as what they mention on their page.
