“I was surprised with the comments I saw here ?. From my own experience, my agent has been awesome from the start, always has time to answer my questions and explains everything. I've been with Alinsco for a while now, am comfortable with my premium and because of that have recommended others to call for a quote. Other family members also have Alinsco and I have yet to hear a complaint, one filed a claim recently and the turn around time was within the time they told her it would be resolved, no issues and not a long wait. They only thing I have had a issue with is the App that sometime freezes or am not able to pull copy of my card, but luckily I can just stop n get a copy with my agent.”
