The only reason I did my taxes with Jackson Hewitt was for the advance. Then I was denied the advance and it was my first time do taxes with them

Mark has helped me with my taxes for the last couple of years. He is very thorough in my tax preparation and takes the time to explain things to me. He gave me the form I need for Social Security for withholding taxes, and the payment form for the IRS. He suggested I contact my Morgan Stanley rep to see what can be done on that end to reduce my tax burden. He's extremely helpful!

I’ve been going to Mark (Azle, TX) since his first year with Jackson Hewitt and he is always great at explaining everything to me. He is very thorough, making sure we get the maximum amount. He’s not all business either. He makes us laugh, he sends us a text during the holidays. And the chocolate he gives out after the visit is the icing on the cake! Thank you Mark!!

Mark was very helpful, and gave me and my daughter chocolate. He even gave my daughter a burrito when she started to say she was hungry. Does anyone now how to get a hold of him?
