I ordered from the mobile app, along with two of my coworkers. We each ordered off our own phones. Once the order is placed we receive a 2 letter and 2 digit confirmation code, along with taking our money and getting a receipt in the email. We have ordered like this in the past. I go to pick up all three of our orders and I come back no problem. However, today, they wanted to be difficult. I have always just given them the confirmation and the name on the order and that wasn't enough today. I walk up to the counter, they greet me and I let them know I am picking up three mobile orders and give them the name. Some time goes by and they try and hand me a Doordasher order. Wrong, so they confirm again what I'm doing, at that point I also give them the confirmation codes from each order. Some more time goes by and they ask again and they say they can't see my order. We all have to hit the button saying I'm here. I give them some flak because I've never had to do that before and they have always been able to see the order. I call my coworkers and tell them to hit the button. At this point I'm getting antsy and saying this is ridiculous. Some more time goes by and they still don't see my orders. I'm so mad at this point they go and get Rudolph, I guess he was the manager. I tell him I have the confirmation codes and the names that should be enough, he tells me he can't see the orders, still even after they already hit that button. Yeah I say like two curse words at this point. They have my money, I have a confirmation code, it's the correct location and they won't give me my food. After some more time, I finally get all three orders after Rudolph is calling someone on me. I don't care that I became a karen today. Rudolph could have handle that differently and I would have acted differently. He could have come out there, seen the confirmations codes and hit a button on his side (this has been done in the past) and give me my food with no problem. Just awful today. Will not be going back. I will drive to Lake worth as their prices are cheaper anyway. THANK YOU RUDOLPH FOR SHOWING ME I SHOULDNT EAT AT YOUR LOCATION ANYMORE.

Somewhat unorganized relating to windows and servers attending window. Food, Big Mac's, were thrown together making it hard to savor the real Big Mac's ?. Veggies on burgers were not fresh tasting We will not be going back!

Always an issue with the order. I didn't know that plain burgers ment add pickles? ? it's always something due to the forcing thier drive through times down

Sometimes it seems like this location can get overwhelmed. I had to wait 35 minutes for an at the counter order and the back appeared to be in chaos. Not saying it's always like this, just was during my visit.

Food is NEVER right. And who cleans the coffee machine around the early breakfast time? Not real smart.Update:Tried to give them another chance and they just can't seem to get it together. How do you charge $1 for espresso and then forget the espresso? Not worth driving back so I can waste 10mins while they fix it

Well so glad I got to see the manager yelling at a little girl then walk out while the drive threw line was all the way around the building to get home and have my order messed up and items left out along with 2 stale big macs can not say I will be back any time soon somthing needs to be done this is ridiculous I can't say I have had anything that was actually fresh from there in along time I work long hours so fast food is pretty much my options is it to much to ask for warm fresh food I mean it is yalls job I didn't make you work there if you don't want to work there then don't but don't take it out on customers

Drive thru was super backed up, so went inside to witness all employees loudly complaining right in front of customers. Then a young girl walked in trying to get one of the employees attention, to only have the manager walk up to her screaming and yelling at her enough to where she teared up. Manager was absolutely disrespectful along with the other employees disrespecting customers.

Service is hit and miss. The order lady who works the first window is always lovely. And one gentleman that works 2nd window is as well I wish. I remembered their names. But the rest of the staff is not that great. Having to repeat things multiple times and many times orders are wrongAt least their quick at what they do but still room for improvement

Too petty. We order online and supposedly the app doesn't charge for extra sauces. So we have to pay more when we pick up the order. No. Springtown location is the best McDonald's I've been to. Not AZLE.

I had a scheduled interview here and when I went in i was completely blown off. The manager was not there, one of the employees told me to write my name and number down and that the manager would get back to me. It has now been almost a week and have not heard any response. Extremely disappointed to have been blown off like that. Will never give any support this location.

First the cashier guy personable and adorable. The last drive guy on the other hand was the opposite of good service. The order was messed up and instead of making it right he wanted me to pull back around through the drive thru…. Nope not how it works, sir.
