I went in there the yesterday & ask the guy how I get alert that keeps going off every 5 minutes and I asked him how to silence it. The guy that was working there yesterday told me to turn off all my apps in the settings. I could care less about most of the messages but there are some from marketplace and my regular text messages I need and I told him if I did that it I wouldn't get my messages. He told me I would still get them but I would not hear them. Which it did the opposite of what he said. I can still hear the alert going off every 5 minutes but now I'm not getting any messages at all. Took it back up there and he got real rude. Wouldn't even look at it and I was the only customer in there.Now my alarms not even going off and I need to have it for work. That guy did not even want to take the time to try to help me figure it out he was rude and my mom has four lines and I have one of them and we've been a customer since 2007 and I've never been treated so bad in my entire life as I did yesterday

Metro PCS is a terrible company. I can never get online and they can't figure out why. They always tell me to reset my phone but it does not do any good I have tried it so many times I can't remember. Internet service is terrible. I would never recommend this company to anyone

Why call it T-Mobile if you can’t even service your T-Mobile account here? Only reason they get 1 star is the guy working there was at least quick to tell me that he couldn’t help.

Employees are not very helpful and not friendly. Wife has had issues with her phone and was not respected and was hug up on over the phone, trying to resolve an issue.
